Talha ibn Ubaidullah radhiallahu anhu, was killed in the battle of the camel (Jamal). His group, which also consisted of Aysha radhiallahu anha, had gone to Basrah. They had gone there to try and get justice for the killers of Uthman bin Affan radhiallahu anhu. But when they saw Ali bin Abi Tali radhiallahu anhu present in the other group, they (Talha bin Ubaidullah and Zubayr bin Al Awwam radhiallahu anhuma) withdrew, as they didn't want a war between each of their groups. Sadly, they were killed by some trouble makers.

Some narrations mention Marwan ibn Al Hakam as his killer, but the most authentic narrations mention that some other man killed him with a spear. And they say that when Ali radhiallahu anhu was notified about the incident, he started weeping. This incident also gives us Muslims a major lesson to remember. Do not allow anybody to put hatred in your heart for your brethren. These are tricks of Shaytaan and his followers. They have applied this trick before and they would do it again and again.

Asweera Nawal read her books and made her notes. She had to submit her assignment on Ashaabe Rasoolallah sallallahu alaihi wasallam, tomorrow. She was done with all the notes. She stapled them all and filed them beautifully, before she got up and stood at her window. Days were passing swiftly and her course was getting much more interesting and tougher. They were being taught beautiful things about Islam and she loved to learn about them with a passion.

Her eyes scanned the scene outside her window as she sighed. There were just cars and shops outside the building, nothing interesting. She turned her sight to the skies. She smiled at it as she remembered her sister's reasoning for staring at the skies so often.

Somewhere behind her, a phone beeped. She smiled unconsciously. Farhan was a very interesting guy. His choices, his way of seeing certain things, clashed with her own but she liked it. They were chatting from dawn to dusk, everyday. It felt like her day was incomplete without his messages.

Asweera turned back towards her room and unhooked her phone from the charger. She switched off the switch and then turned towards the bed. It was late afternoon and she had already returned home from her classes. She unlocked her phone and spied one new message on the screen. Clicking on the message, she laid down comfortably on the bed and stretched her legs.

'Goodmorning beautiful!' The message was from Farhan. She smiled at it, blushing slightly and began typing back.

'Good morning! Wats up?' She replied back.

'Roof!' Pat came the answer. She chuckled at the age old way of answering that question and turned her body to lay on her stomach, as she furiously typed on her cell.

'Ha ha not at all funny or new!'

'I wasn't trying to be funny!'

'But u din answr me! wt doin?'

'Am in my office, doing my work.'

'm I dstrbn?'

'No! I can do my work while I text you!'
