Wall Rose

" Good Afternoon! Welcome to Wall Rose Café! " greeted a red haired lady whos hair is cutted just above her shoulders. She's wearing a bubble skirt waitress uniform and her name plate says 'Petra'. After greeting her back you fall in line with 3 costumers ahead of you. You looked at the counter and spotted that Levi is the one servicing as the registar.

Your heart skips a beat when you looked at his figure. He's wearing the café's uniform and is talking to the costumer in front of him. You were intently looking at his demeanor when he did notice you and shortly looked at you but quickly looks back at the costumer in front of him and continued as if he didn't recognize you.

You sighed and when the costumer ahead of you finished taking up her order, you walked closer nervously and stuttered when you heard him casually greeted you.

" Welcome to Wall Rose Cafe. May I take your order please? " Levi flatly greeted you without any hint of cheerfulness he had like how he greeted the previous costumers.

" U-uhm... " You stuttered but Levi only clicked his tongue in annoyance. He then pointed at the menu which is posted a meter just above him. You scanned the menu and when you spotted your usual coffee you dictated it to him and added some snacks on your order.

When you finished saying your order you fished out your wallet in your bag and waited for Levi to tell you the total amount but instead Levi said;

" Don't pay. When your coffee is ready, a waiter will give you your order in a short while. NEXT COSTUMER PLEASE. " Levi dismissed you and a waiter with curly hair came to you and guided you into a vacant seat. You didn't even had time to argue with him and just let yourself be guided without even paying up your order. You sat on the couch slightly frustrated.

You looked at him while he is busy taking up orders from costumers. From time to time he would look at you but you can clearly see him cross his brows and clicked his tongue in annoyance. You chuckled internally at his behavior and scanned the café.

The interior is much more looked like Wall Maria Coffee shop. The way the tables and chairs look, the smell of coffee, and the cozy atmosphere feels like much the same. The only difference is this café is located about 8 miles out the city where you lives. You took the liberty to take the train just to visit Levi in his own coffee shop.

You really didn't know this shop exist until Hanji accidentally mentioned it yesterday. Erwin was quite frustrated when you were pushing him to tell you the whereabouts of this shop and when he told you the location you promised to them that you would pay them back in helping the damaged Wall Maria Coffee Shop.

You were looking at your reflection in the glass panel wall of the cafe and we're looking outside when you heard your order being put down on your table. Startled, you blushed when you saw that the person giving you your order is Levi himself. He looked kinda pissed while putting down the cup in front of you. You looked down to see two set of cups and is surprised to smell that the one he gave you is the same black tea that you loved at first sip back at Wall Maria Coffee Shop.

" T-thanks. " You stuttered and looked up at him. After a full minute of standing beside your table, Levi sighed and slowly seated at the chair across from you. He removed the apron from him and put it on his lap and pinched the bridge of his nose.

" Who told you this place? " Levi started making you stop from sipping your tea midair.

" Hanji. " you replied shortly.

" Figures. After you finished that you can go home brat. Don't dare leave your payment or tip on the table. It's on the house. " Levi said and sipped his cup of tea. You silently nodded and looked at the way he uniquely holds his cup.
