" Let me drive you to school. " Levi stated. Not asked. He slowly drove his car alongside you and waited for you to reply. But after a short while that you kept silent nor shrugged into dismissal, you heard Levi clicked his lips in annoyance and changed the car's gear a little too forcibly and stepped on the gas pedal. He rode his car ahead and blocked your way. You were amused at his impatient image but quickly switched to  "I-don't-give-a-damn" facade as he eased down his car and you were about to continue walking when Levi suddlenly grabs the hem of your coat sleeves and tugged on it.

" Wait- " Levi said whilst you looked own on the fingertips that were tugging on your coat's sleeve.

(Avoiding any skin-to-skin contact eh?) You shrugged him off a little to forcibly and continued to ignore him. You managed to take two steps away from him when you felt that he didn't let go of you and instead, he tugs at the hem of the sleeve of your coat with force making you stumble backwards. For an instant whilst as you stumble, he lets go of the hem of your coat sleeve and slides his right hand into your back and engulfing your whole body. He  also manages to slip his other hand under your knees, scooping you up leaving you speechless. He manages to carry you up bridal style as he walks back into his car.

" Just don't struggle and we will be there in no time. " Levi said before you could open your mouth to protest.

You didn't nod or shakes your head an answer. You just silently stays still until he led you down on the passenger side of his car. Levi also didn't mutter another word but little did you know that Levi is gripping the steering wheel a little too tightly as he fought his inner self wether to keep you all by himself. Or let you go on into the new life that destiny had better plans on. You didn't saw how hard his jaws we're clentching. You didn't saw how hard his eyes were focused on the road because every then and there, whenever he looks at the black stre on you face he would crumble down deep inside. He just cares too much to even show it.

In less that 10 minutes you are already running to the school's gymnasium. You mutter a simple thanks without looking any eye contact. But time stood really slow as you opened the car door. You haven't really opened the door halfway when the door suddenly fully opens making you gasp in shock.

There standing, gasping and almost breathless is Eren Jaeger. He looked thankfull as he help you out on Levi's car and tugged your hand. Eren double checked your graduation coat and puts the graduation hat on your head. You were almost relieved.  That Eren showed up at the most crucial time. All the while you just looked down at your red scraf that you didn't noticed that Levi inching down his car and with a grave look, he looked at Eren who is also giving him back to same cold stare. All the wilst, as you looked down at your red scarf and listening into Eren's babbling is that there is a staring war between Eren and Levi.

Only with Kieth Shaddis voice cuts their staring war as he called out Eren and Mikasa as eh stands at the gymnasium's main door.

" Ackerman! Jaeger! " The bald man calls them out. " Ackerman! Your speech is up next! " He called them out one last time as he went back inside the gymnasium.

" Eren? Let's go- " You said but as you looked up, you saw a glimpse of the grim look on Eren face as he looks staright into Levi's blue eyes. But as Eren heard you calling him out he instantly switched his facade into a happier one and started to lead you inside the gymnasium.

" What was that? " You inquired Eren but he just shrugged that question off and changed the topic.

" Whats important is that your speech is up next! Armin's speech was supposed to be AFTER your speech. But you won't just answer your phone. So the school lets Armin's speech to go up first. BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH " Eren continued to blabble about nonsense.

But your gut feeling is continuously saying " LOOK BACK ". And in which you did, and say that Levi is leaning in his car. With a tired and surrendered look on his whole physic. He is looking into some distance. Looking into nothing in particular. But just then, he looks back at you and there and then.........

YOU KNEW THAT SOMETHING'S GONNA CHANGE THAT WILL HURT YOU SO, SO BAD.
