It was not even 10 minutes that she came back with a man who was supposed to be some heavy personality by his attitude. I swallowed past a lump in my throat....Have I really messed with someone whom I shouldn't !?!
I was cursing myself for such a foolish act when she along with that person came and yelled, her fingers pointing to me , “He has insulted me in front of the whole class.I don't know what you will do but you have to punish him that he remember it lifelong . ”
Rishi,my new friend,who was sitting beside me whispered in my ears , “ He is the director of our school”and...that was enough to make me freeze at the spot. I felt like a lamb in front of a hungry,angry lion,and my body was shuddering with fear. I got completely numb for a moment.
He came towards me with his angry face and glared me from top to bottom.While the only one thought was roaming in every corner of my mind at the moment...I am gonna be expelled...at the very first day at the school.I mentally read the farewell..
“Who're you? Are you new here ? ”,I found him asking,his voice calm,strange!
I stuttered , “ sirrr..rr”,my body sweating badly...
“ What sirrrr ? Are you mad ? ” he snapped angrily.
And it was gone...the strength,the courage I collected laboriously was no longer there...
“ Sorry sir”,but I tried...again...“I'm Vaibhav..”
“Meet me in 2 minutes”,he said and left the class.
With steps full of fear , I opened the door of his cabin.“May I come in sir?”, I found myself asking, my heart pounding dangerously in my ribs.
He nodded gesturing me to come in.
“Sirrr.. ,you called me...why?...I mean.....”but he cut me in the mid“What do you actually think of yourself ? Who's your father ? Do you even know whom have you messed with ?”, he asked angrily.
You can conclude my condition,I hope!He was gawking me profusely,I felt myself burning under his gaze...
Suddenly his expressions changed, “ Do you really think I would ask you all this ? No bachcha,not at all . I'm not that bad also.But,let me know who's your father ? ”
“ Sir , my father is Mr .Anant Arora”,after a pause,I added,“You must have heard about Mr . Gajendra Arora,he's my grandfather” , I gave a brief intro.
“Why didn't you tell this before? He was my teacher. Yeah I studied in the same college where he was ” he chuckled at last.
“ You may go now ” , he added .
I left his cabin,“Hssshhh,musibat tali”,I mentally danced at the victory.Now it's turn for some paybacks!
She was standing outside his cabin as if she was waiting to see my pale face .
But,may be she had heard my conversation with Director Sir.Now she was damm angry,consider this my good fate that she was not having anything in her hands otherwise I would have been murdered.Well her looks were sufficient anyways.!
“ Don't you dare to consider this as my defeat.You are going to pay for this” she yelled gritting her teeth.
I smiled and without a word, I marched towards the class and this really worked as kerosene in the fire....It's the time to disco!!!Woah I did that.!
I was enjoying the game,unaware of the games, destiny was planning for me...
