》Jack's POV

¤flashback to confrontation with Tyson (Last event of previous chapter)¤

"So if it isn't the lengendary nerd turned pathetic superstar singer, Jack Robert Avery,"

"Step away from her," I yelled at Tyson.

"I'll do whatever the fuck I want and you can't stop me,"

My eyes visioned the high school boy, beating up random students.

I was his senior, so besides giving me looks there was nothing much he could do to me. But the animosity between us was clear.

"Doesn't look like she came here to be harrassed by you," I snapped back.

"Know her? Still trying to be a hero I see. Well, we both know you're still that useless pathetic nerd that people only use,"

"Either way, I don't treat girls the way you do, that doesn't make you any better of a person does it,"

Enraged, he pushed me harshly toward the wall.

I started throwing my fists at his face continuosly, starting a fight. Well it wasn't the best appraoch but he was well deserving of it, you must agree.

Tyson stopped hauling at me and my hands were held back suddenly.

"Call the ambulance and leave it at here," the familiar voice of the blue-eyed boy that accompanied me whispered.

I looked to the back and saw Amber kneeling and crying. Tyson lay infront of me, glaring at my every move.

I took out my phone called the ambulance, afterall I wasn't here kill him and I felt satisfied enough.

"I wish you said something, or even the other boys. I knew something was up, everyone knew that but I was the only one who didn't figure out what,"

"He was a big time bully and pepple tried telling on him so he turned the story so that he was the victim. The case got big and he got transfered out. He left but the things he did and the lives he messed up, nothing was ever the same,"

Amber, seated across from me at the coffeeshop gave me a confused look, clearly not knowing what i meant.

"Zach had some problem, Corbyn and Daniel were investigating, Jonah found out, and I was left there,"

"Zach likes you. Maybe even loves you. He's a really stupid boy and this time he really made a big mistake, I'm sorry about what happened I'm sure you were traumatised," I continued.

Amber shuddered, then hesitated.

"How are you so sure he still likes me?"

I breathe in slowly, trying to remember my words.

"I don't know about him, but I, uhm.."

》Daniel's POV

Where was Jack? Corbyn came back and told me he took Amber to get something to eat. After hearing about the events that took place on Corbyn's side, I felt really bad for not telling him about what was happening.

I wonder if he'd figured out by now.

Like an answer to my thoughts, a bruised Jack walked into the room, his hands intertwined with Amber's.

I swiftly made eye contact with Corbyn and he gave me a confused look. I quickly turned my gaze over to Zach who was still looking down.

"Hello Jack," Jonah said from the back of the room, making Zach look up.

This doesn't look too good.

"Amber are you alright? Tyson better stay away or else.."

"I'm fine but, Zach, I'm sorry I overreacted. Jemma was my bestfriend, and you are my bestfriend and I didn't mean to react that way, I was just shocked to see her again, and I only want the best for my bestfriends,"

Corbyn's eyes made contact with mine once again as he gave me another look.

Did she not know? Zach never told her, Jack might not know and Jonah probably only found out today.

"Yeah, I should've warned you though, I knew about your past with her and I was insensitive about it,"

Zach was playing along..?

"I think I was a little bit shocked that you found someone. Little Zachary finally found a girl," her smile was whole as she lifted her hand still interwined with Jack's.

"And I guess I finally found a guy too, someone not at all like Tyson. I don't think I'll have to worry about Tyson too much anymore,"

This Chapter is slightly longer if I do say so myself bahaha
Anyways we're starting common tests soon agh not really excited but hopefully I'll still be able to update heheh.

And *gasp*, are Jack and Amber like an item or whut? Do u ship? And where tf did Tyson come from agh.

Also do take note who's POV the part is in bc i did a reread and found *myself* getting a bit confused with the voices in the head (basically the words that are like this are their thoughts if ya have not realised)
