Chapter 14

Aiza POV

I wake up and look beside me and frown. Musa is not in the bed. I get up and change my clothes.

I look around in the living room but no one is here. I turn around when I hear Mahreen voice.

I see her crawling on the floor on her knees and Kinat is behind her. I pick her in my arms making her giggles.

"Where is everyone?" I asked Kinat.

"Chotti baji and b jaan, went to meet that aunty come with you. And all the men went to office early." she informed me.

I nod my head and looked at Mahreen with a smile and tickle her on her belly making her giggles.

I take her to the lawn and feel something weird here. I look around but see nothing.

I put Mahreen on the grass and hold her little hands and make her walk.

"Aw.. My baby is growing up so fast." I cooed at her.

I see some moment near the gates and get alert. I quickly unlock my phone and dial Musa number.

I look up with eyes and drop my phone. I pick Mahreen in my arms and run away, just as the shooting starts.

Mahreen starts crying on the voice of shooting. I see one of the guard running towards us and shoot at the people who are shooting on us.

I call the guard and tell him to throw his other gun at me. I catch it and start shooting at the people.

Mahreen is still crying loudly. "Shh.. Baby doll, don't cry." I said and shoot at the one of the men.

The shooting is continue and Mahreen doesn't stop crying in the whole time. I hear more voices of shooting and see Musa coming with a gun in his hand shoots the enemies.

I also shoot our enemies and try to take Mahreen inside the house without noticing.

I look on my left side with wide eyes as one of the men of enemies point gun at me but the real target is Mahreen.

As he pressed the trigger, I turn around and my back face the bullet but I doesn't get shoot instead I fall on the floor.

I open my eyes and see Mahreen crying more loudly and hiccups. I turn around and gasp in horror.

Musa got the shot and the blood is pouring out of his stomach but he doesn't stop shooting.

Once the whole the situation is under control I run towards Musa with Mahreen in my arms.

Sheroz bhai takes Mahreen from my arms and I look at Musa who is still injured.

I grab his arm when he try to walk and put it around my shoulder. I take him inside the house and a servant call the family doctor.

He wipes my tears which are flowing without my knowledge. I lay him on the bed and move his shirt up and look at it with wide eyes.

"I am fine. It's nothing new you know. You will see this heal soon." he said with a tired smile.

"OK. Now give me your best cute smile so it will healed soon." he said again wiping my tears.

I give him a smile and start crying.

"Where is the doctor? Why he is not here yet?" I yelled in between crying.

I turn my face to see Musa and see him closing his eyes slowly.

"Musa.... Musa.... Open your eyes. Please don't close them." I yelled at him patting his cheeks.

But he already close his eyes and mumble,

"I... Luv.. You...."

Sorry for taking a little time for updating. I am still out of city and can't go back now to my city because of some political issues and due to this I have to stay where I am right now and here my internet is not working good.

The update will be slow down for a little time.
