I was a myriad of colors before I met you.
I was the hope you yearned for in your darkest time.
I was the bright light of positivity you could never have.
I was the everlasting youth you never had.
"But you touched me."
I've been stripped of all the colors that gave me life.
You took away my hope and now all I see is darkness.
My light has burned out, you shoved your negativity towards me.
I feel myself growing, maturing, but never living.
You stole my myriad of colors,
Yet still it was not enough to fill
The emptiness inside you.
