traumatizing

"GET THE FUCK OUT! I DONT WANT TO SEE YOU! LEAVE! FUCK YOU!"

uh oh.

its this again.

how do they not understand?

how do they not understand its traumatizing.

its traumatizing to here our parents scream and yell at each other.

yet we are supposed to be fine with it.

to not even blink. 

there is nothing we can do about it after all.

so, its fine.

its normal.

we arent supposed to be afraid.

we arent aloud to.

it cannot upset us.

so find another way to make it better.

scratch your skin until it bleeds.

act normal.

act fine.

you cant cry.

theres nothing you can do.
