Itou clan had been protecting this country for ages.

From samurais, soldiers, until polices, they had been doing a good job, receiving countless honor and medals.

They were not only strong, but also intelligent and brave. They could solve any problems even a huge group of terrors had been defeated by them. However, he couldn't catch only a single murderer.

Many crime scenes that the majority said they were just an accident or suicide, commander Itou believed in his harbinger. Every places when he examined, he saw a scratch, the same format scratch although it was really small. When he tried to tell everyone under his command, they just replied back that he just thought too much, maybe he just didn't get enough rest.

'If they don't want to do it, I'll deal it alone.' Sighing as he thought, standing in front of his own house. 'I hope today he won't make a mess again.'

As the tall figure entered his house, seeing his only son doing stuff in the kitchen.

"Ah, welcome back, da... I mean, father." Kashitarou with an apron, making something on the pan, turned to him as he noticed the commander. "You come back earlier than usual. I guess we can have dinner together..."

"I'll go outside." Heavy voice cut the softer one. The younger brunette didn't even ask him what he would like to eat yet. "There is an investigation I need to do tonight. Take care of your business and yourself. I'll come back late or maybe at the morning."

It was always like this. Itou the father, if he didn't come back late and go out at dusk, he would just come back really early to set up his belongings then go out before his son knew. And now, Kashitarou just checked his cooking meal for seconds, the older brunette already at the door again, ready to work again in this night. "Father, don't forget to have dinner and,"

"Hm?" Itou groaned in his neck as the sentence wasn't continued.

"Take care of yourself, or mother might be worried about you again."

The father became pissed off immediately, yet he was trying to refrain it. Turning away, left a last word with tense feeling. "Nonsense."

Bang!

The door was shut harshly as his temper. Kashitarou didn't turn around to look but he absolutely sured that he made him mad again. He sighed, with relieved. "Haa... That was close. Thank you very much for staying still, Mimi, Pon."

As he said, after turning off the stove, he stepped back from the counter a little. Suddenly there were two white cats dashing out from the lower cabinet, meowing around his legs.

"Ah, I'm sorry guys. Dinners are almost finished." He fondled their small heads with both of his palms gently since they were still kittens. "Just wait a little more."

Mimi and Pon seemed to be happy as he played with them. Somehow, he felt bad for some reasons. It was not that how he took these stray cats in his care without permission from his father. He felt like something bad was going to happen.

Actually he often felt like this when his father went out to do his duties in the night. Every time he slept at late because of the homework he saw his father came back with a strong scent of alcohol. Itou wasn't a heavy drinker according to his disciplined thought that policemen shouldn't have drunk. But when he drank, he would drink a lot heavier than some usual drinkers.

It was a normal thing that a clash against the outlaws could gave injuries. He hoped that nothing bad happened this time too like previous times.

As if it was a curse or a luck, Itou clan had an ability they had been improving their harbinger so much that sometimes they could predict the future accurately.

He was afraid that his harbinger would be right.

. . .

It was the vice president's unfortunate that he was given assignments from the administrative part. And now he was working with the president.

Soraru became a little grumpy since he wasn't be able to follow the albino. Moreover, he disliked documentary works since he could do better on operations except hurting innocents.

"Kehehe, it's rare seeing you working properly to your rank, isn't it?" The green-haired companion sneered.

"Just continue working, Suzumu." He hid his displeased feeling by pushing it to somewhere else in his mind, sped up his hand which was writing.

"Geez, you're the way too tense, Sorarun." He chuckled. Then his voice turned into serious one immediately. "By the way, recently you have let your guard down too much. Beware of that."

Soraru's mind stunned a bit as Suzumu passed a piece of paper to him. On top of it had an unforgettable symbol.

A message of the organization

"Nee, Sorarun," Patting another's shoulder, his voice became bright once again. "Let's have a 'party' tonight. It's my treat. We also have things to do too."

"A seminar?" Soraru asked. Since usually Suzumu didn't have an operation like him. He would work backstage as a hacker more.

"Well, not so wrong, but not so right." Suzumu answered playfully. "You'll see it."

. . .

Two similar gentlemen in polite suits with masks entered the gorgeous gate of the high class hotel. They almost looked like the same person if they had the same hair color. Their quite tall figures could perfectly spoof all the countless guards along the way that they were still teenagers. In spite of their young ages, they were high rankers.

"Please show your invitation cards, sirs." The macho guard asked them.

Both gentlemen gave them before the guard spent his time for checking it. Eyes widened little, then gave back. No one said anything but only stepping back in order to give them the way. Suzumu grinned happily while Soraru didn't change his expression as they walked through.

They went inside the glass elevator, decorated with gold crystal and more of colorful orbs. Two men were lifted up, from this place, they could see the whole view of the city, shining among the night.

"Sorarun~, don't you think it's a beautiful scene? But I think it will be more beautiful if they are devastated, don't you?" He giggled evilly but the dark-haired male didn't answer. So it was like the green-haired male was talking to himself.

Finally they reached the top floor of the tower. This place was like for sightseeing the city as all of the wall here were made from glass. At the middle of the glass chamber, there was a long table with other members sat along except the head of the table.

That place belonged to their master who had raised him and his friends in the organization. The person at that position had a black mask, contrasting with the white emblem on it. A crescent-like closed eye, having three triangles below it as an eyelash, then a droplet of tear beneath it...

Soraru and Suzumu bowed out for their boss. "No.1103 and SMC are here, master..."
