Today in art class I am assigned a project. For this project I need to paint a self portrait. I don't have any art supplies at the charm house so I decide to stay after class to work on it. I take my palette over to the cupboard holding the paints, deciding on my colors. It's only me in the classroom so I'm surprised when I hear the door closing. I turn in time to see a large baseball bat as it connects with my skull, then I meet the floor.

*************

I wake up alone in what looks to be an old dusty cellar. There are chains attached to the wall, which stretch across the room to the chair I am tied to. The chains wrap around my legs and arms, forcing me still. The whole room is filled with dusty bookshelves that have jars lining across them. I try to speak but there is a piece of cloth that is soaked in I'm thinking lemon juice, tied around my head and in my mouth as a gag.

"Good morning, it's about time you woke up" Tiffany walks out of the shadows of a corner.

"Tiffany?" I try to say, but it just comes out as mmphmmhm. What the hell is going on?

Tiffany steps closer and rips the gag from my mouth. "It was only a matter of time before somehing like this would happen. I know you would cause trouble for him."

"What are you talking about? And why the hell am I here?" I yell

"You-" she presses her sharp nails against my chest. "You are the reason Brampton is in jail. Stupid girl. If it wasn't for you flirting with that Andrew guy, we wouldn't have this issue."

"I didn't flirt with him. It's not my fault that he attacked him!" I snap

"Shut up" she slaps me hard across the face. "Now, I am going to give you what you deserve"

Her last words remind me of what Brampton said to me when I ended things. "He wanted you to do this didn't he?"

She laughs "We may have exchanged a few words since he got locked up." He wasn't very happy about how friendly you have been getting with his brother. But I guess he has money too right, so you may as well just keep it in the family as they say."

I look at her with pure hatred "You are both terrible people. He's all yours now, just let me go."

"Not a chance" she smirks and pulls something shiny out of her pocket.

A knife.
