Caitlin went into the gym, wondering why she was sent into this job when she saw students with the coach and walked over.
"Everyone, this is Dr. Caitlin Snow." The coach said. "She'll be my assistant for a while."
Caitlin nodded as she walked over. "It's nice to meet you sir." She said shaking the coach's hand.
"I apologize, I mistook you for one of my students at first." He said to her, pointing to a student that took Caitlin by surprise.
The student was brought up by the coach and seemed as surprised as Caitlin was to see her.
"This is Layla Williams." The coach said. "One of our sidekick students."
Caitlin looked at the coach in confusion. "Sidekick?" She asked. "What do you mean exactly?"
The coach sent Layla back to her spot and turned to Caitlin. "Students are separated into two groups." He explained. "Either they're a hero or a sidekick."
Caitlin noticed that he had pointed at the two of them when doing the comparison. "What exactly makes me a sidekick?" She asked.
The coach laughed and shook his head. "You're kidding right?" He asked. "You're as useless as glow boy over there." He said pointing to the boy Caitlin had met before.
"Well from my experience, the small powers have more strength than you can believe." Caitlin explained. "That is if you're willing to see it."
"Are you challenging me Snow?" The coach asked.
"If it comes to it." Caitlin replied.
"Okay, let's get this lesson over with." The coach replied. "There's nothing for you to prove."
Caitlin chuckled and turned towards the class. "Aside from his belief, you are all heroes in different ways." She said. "Sometimes you need an outrageous power to be one."
The coach snuck behind Caitlin and grabbed her arm. Caitlin then jumped up, kicking him in the side and flipping him over. The coach then got back on his feet and attacked her in different ways, eventually knocking her down.
"How can you call yourself a hero?" The coach asked Caitlin. "You got more bruises than I did back in the day."
Caitlin laughed at the coach as she picked herself up. The bruises on her immediately healed. Her eyes and hair color both changed as she became Killer Frost.
"Alright tough guy, let's get something straight." Killer Frost said. "I'm not one to appreciate getting pushed around."
The coach had wide eyes as Killer Frost neared him. "So I see." He said. The coach then let out a super yell, pushing Killer Frost back a little.
"So you're a screamer?" Killer Frost asked as she chuckled. "I've fought better." She said before ice blasting him across the room.
The coach ran back and attempted to punch Killer Frost, who grabbed his hand and began freezing it. "Alright you win." The coach said as he winced at the pain.
"Next time you watch your mouth." Killer Frost said before turning back into Caitlin.
"Gotta say." Caitlin said. "I actually missed doing that." She said turning towards the group of students. "Any questions?"
"Yeah." A student named Speed said. "Do you think you can actually beat me and Lash?"
"Depends, what're we up to?" Caitlin asked.
