It was raining.

Park Jimin had always loved the rain, but he was never allowed to play in it. The rain fell from the gray clouds and Jimin could feel the wind blow through his hair from the slight crack he left in his window. He sat by the window, occasionally brushing his hair back to get small droplets of water out of his dark locks.

Park Jimin has terrible eye sight, so he wore his glasses. Circular with a golden frame.

Today was one of the rare times he was left alone at his big mansion. His mother and father were very possessive of him, but they never showed him the affection a child should get. Times like this were only showed in public for them to display their "relationship" with him.

However, once those silver gates of the mansion closed, he was strictly taught by tutors and taken care of by maids, but ignored by his parents. Once his studies were finished, he was sent to his bedroom, where he was also served his meal.

His family never ate together.

The only place Jimin was allowed besides his bedroom and sometimes the kitchen, was the mansion library. Jimin LOVED the library and could be found in the library more than his room. If he felt up to it, he'd even sleep there on a huge 7 feet long beanbag placed by a huge window.

Since Jimin was never allowed out of the house alone, he'd watch the other teens play in the streets and head back to their average sized houses to families that actually loved and payed attention to them.

How he wished he had that.

Jimin was doing what he'd always done when it rained; watch the other teens play around with their families or spouses.

One guy caught his attention. He'd been wearing a pink shirt with a pink hat, and black jeans with a pair of glasses similar to Jimin's on his handsome face. The boy had a backpack on and a white and black umbrella above his head.

Jimin simply couldn't figure out why the boy had a backpack on or why he was wearing short sleeves when it was no longer in season to do so.

Walking beside the man was a shorter guy whom Jimin assumed was his brother.

This boy looked no older than Jimin himself, unlike the pink boy who seemed older than him by a few years.

Like his brother, he'd been wearing a creme colored short sleeve and black jeans.

Maybe it's a family thing...

Jimin hadn't noticed, but there had been a tall male sneaking up behind the guy in the pink. Just as he was about to scream "LOOK OUT", the taller male hugged the man in pink.

Although he was confused, he couldn't help but appreciate this guy. He'd been hearing proper attire. The tallest guy wore a gray puma hoodie and black jeans.

"Maybe black jeans are a trend."

Jimin thought to himself as he looked down at his dark blue dress pants.

The three of them began walking under that HUGE umbrella that Jimin SWORE could fit five people under.

Just then, the rain lightened up and
Jimin could spot the tallest guy taking the umbrella from Mr. Pink and closing it. The teens could be seen playing around in the rain, with no other worries for life reflecting in their soft brown eyes. Their laughter filled the air, along with the soft sound of rain hitting the ground.

It seemed like their ruckus caused attention to them....only to have two more guys join in on the fun.

One had a smile that flaunted his shiny white teeth and gums whilst the other nearly GLOWED in happiness, like a sun that would never go down.

Jimin watched them play until they all walked away together. Drenched, but happy.

How Jimin wished he could have that. The only thing he had now was his imaginary friend Jungkook, who only served as an existence that seemed to constantly tease him, offering comfort every once in a while.

But Jungkook could never replace a real person. No matter how much Jimin wished he could.

He teared up.

"Why can't I have that."
