I finally decided to go back to fucking school since Mitch had gotten out of hospital yesterday.
I spent the whole day yesterday cleaning the house of sharp objects and anything that Mitch could use to hurt himself with when I went to school since he can't go back yet. I went to get my uniform and I pick up my jacket and saw the blood all over it. "Fucking shit" I said as I looked at it on horror. I put it on anyways knowing id have to: 1- answer a lot of questions to answer about the blood. 2- sadly pay for a new one.
I walked over to sleeping Mitch and kiss him on the forehead. "I'll be back soon my love" I said and I went to school.
When I got to school I was brought to the principal's office to explain my sweater. "Ummm...well...ya see..." I started out with knowing that I can't tell him what actually happened. "Yes?..." I sat there silently recalling the events of the other day. I suddenly bursted out into tears. I was completely embarrassed. "H...h...he tried to kill himself!!!!!" I said and my principal's eyes widened, "who tried to kill themselves Jerome?!" "Mitch!!!" I said as I started breaking down even more, "h...his dad beat him because he was gay!!!....and his dad told him to kill himself...so he tried! But I saved him!! B...but his dad was calling us faggots b...because....." I froze. "Because what Jerome?!" My principal said. "B...because I'm in love with Mitch....." I squeaked out and my principal stood up, "what kind of sick joke are you playing Jerome?!?!" He said as I started crying harder, "I-I'm telling the truth!!!! I swear!!!!" I said as I felt completely broken and worthless. I stood up as fast as I could. "I have to go back to Mitch. I need to make sure he's okay!!!!!!!" I screamed as I grabbed my backpack and ran out of the office. My principal came running after me but gave up after I ran out of the schools doors.
When I arrived home I ran past my mom who seemed very concerned and ran to my room. "MITCH!!!!!!" I screamed as i ran down the hall to my room. I ran into my room and saw a half awake Mitch laying in my bed "huh?...." He squeaked with his eyes half open. I sighed and took a bees breath as I leaned against the door and put my hand on my heart. "Oh my god Mitch...I had a bad thought that you tried to kill yourself again" I said and went over to him and sat on my bed and put him in my lap. I cradled him and ran my fingers through his hair and kept kissing his forehead.we hugged for a while when I started kept on kissing Mitch on the forehead, crying, and telling him how much I loved him again
