It's been a month since 'the trip'. I haven't seen anyone since then. I have heard from the sister, looks like Suzy found 'the one' - Gabriela. She's a florist and a human. They met when she was buying flowers with her brother in law for Sophie.

They met before the unexpected trip and she has been courting her for the past 2 months or so. And she has finally asked her out a few days after the trip.

I dipped the last slices of zucchini in egg then flour and breadcrumbs. While I fried those I mixed the leftover egg, flour and breadcrumbs and baked those too. I closed my eyes and smelled the fried zucchini... Damn, it smells good.

After everything was done I took out some ham and cheese from the fridge. Put everything on the little coffee table in my living room and ate while going through students essays about Social entrepreneurship. Some are quite insightful and some are giving me a headache. I mean, I do not expect a lot but copy-pasting someone else's work; a word for word, not even changing the name... If I keep rolling my eyes this much, my eyeballs will stay in the back of my head.

It took me 4 hours to go through them all. I stretched my back and neck to get rid of the ache. I went to clear out the table and to wash the dishes. Better to do it now so I can be free and rest.

I covered myself with a warm and fluffy blanket and turned on the TV. I still have a little bit of time before I have to go do my rounds.

Every other night I, along with a couple of dozens of people, investigate for any new information and, or, for any known member of The Cronus organization.

It can be quite tiring. With my regular, necessary work at the university and this, I barely have time for myself. Not to mention all the regular troubles with rough creatures that I, or any of my loved ones, did or will piss off one way or another.

My alarm went off at 7 p.m. to remind me to eat something and to get ready.

I met up with the rest at a park 30 minutes away from my home. "Now that everyone is here and know which area you are assigned. We will meet here at 5 a.m." As soon as I finished talking everyone scattered.

Sunday morning I met up with Sophie and Suzy at a diner for breakfast. "Ugh, if I hear one more girl trying to buy a love potion I will strangle someone" Suzy complained.

The sisters work at a herbal shop that makes medicine for all supernatural beings. Their father, Jared, opened it shortly after he married Lisa, their mother.

"I mean come on, how desperate can you be." She rolled her eyes. "What can you do. Desperate times call for desperate measures." I said while eating pancakes. "But what can you do. They are just jelly because they don't have someone like my snuggle bunny." Sophie happily sighted while munching on her breakfast.

"On that note, when are you going to get yourself a hunk?" Sophie asked and wiggled her eyebrows. Both of them were looking at me eagerly waiting for a response.

Nicholas suddenly popped into my head And a shiver of delight went down my spine. "You're smiling!" Sophie exclaimed loudly and brought me out of my daydream. "Hmmm, what!?" I shook my head. "Who are you thinking about?" Suzy asked, a little smirk on her face.

"No one!" I answered quickly and drank my coke to hide a little from them. "So, tell me about Gabriela?" I tried to change the topic and it worked. " Oh, She is incredible..." and Suzy blabbed for an hour about her. I now know more about her than my own mother.

After she was done talking about Gabriela, more like we made her stop so we can exchange any information we might have found. Sophie told us about a guy that recruits members for Cronus org. But until we get solid evidence and proof we will keep this information for ourselves. And later on, we will go and call Blake.

"Well, it was great seeing you two. Have a good day." I hugged both of them and gave them each a kiss on their cheek. "You too. And don't think we forgot. We'll find out who you have a crush on." They both have a giant grin on their faces. They kind of remind of the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland. "Bye." I rolled my eyes and waved them goodbye while walking down the street.
