It took an hour to calm Alex down but once we reassured him that no one will take Ben away from him he was calmer-didn't leave Ben's side the rest of the night

"Look, that's usually the way people on Earth do it but, of course, yours would be done differently," not really, I'm lying through my teeth. That night we were all sad and lonely, in a food coma, also we were watching House-the episode where House organized Chases Bachelor's party. We were notably inspired by it. "It would have been more of a day for both of you to relax after planning everything for the wedding, just close friends, booze and food, nothing else." if someone decides to dance on a table half naked is just something we will have to deal with.

With a little bit more persuasion along with Ben whispering some kinky stuff to Alex, the rest of the night went by smoothly.

I stayed as far as I could from Nicholas cause if I don't, I'll probably jump his bones and have me with him right there.

"Sorry about that, sometimes I forget that we have our differences," I hugged Ben and Alex at the same time - as I said he hasn't left his side the rest of the night, on my way out. "It's all right," Ben gave me the sweetest smile. He elbowed Alex," Yeah..." He strengthens his grip on Bens' waist. "Well, have a good night,"

"You too."

I walked toward the vehicle. I look like a hybrid of a train, a bus and hoverboard. Since it is an automatic all you have to do is let it scan your watch and you put in the location that you need to go to.

As I was putting in my location I heard a deep voice behind me asking "May I accompany you on this ride? I'm also going to Maua," how can I refuse. "Yeah, sure."

Any other time I would freak out but right now I'm too tired to think let along freak out. The inside was nothing special, it kind of reminds me of the inside of a limmo, the layout at least, and it's high enough for you to walk straight without bending-for me at least, I could see Nicholas bending a bit.

I took a seat and he took a seat near me and we took off.

"It was a lovely evening," he started the conversation. I just nodded and yawned under my palm. Good, my feet were killing me. This week was brutal. I was a substitute for a teacher that had an emergency-his daughter went into labour, and I still had to do my own. I can't wait to start my new job.

"Tired," he chuckled a little, "Don't mind me, why don't you make yourself comfortable. I don't mind." I was sceptical. I liked him. I don't want to make anything foolish in front of him.

God knows I always do. I had a few men I liked before Nicholas. And a relationship or two. They were nice but in the end, they didn't end up being my mates. they didn't make me feel whole and content there was just something missing.

In my first relationship the more time went by the more I felt trapped and forced to do things that I wasn't really comfortable doing(not sex, both of us weren't ready for that, the further we went was groping). he loved going to frat parties and clubs and even thou I like to go to a party or two but not with people i didn't know.

In the second relationship the guy was tamer but he liked to drink and I didn't like that, also we were too much alike(when he wasn't drunk) and it was just boring.

I snapped out of remembering my old boyfriend when Nicholas took off his jacket as well as unbuttoned a couple of buttons. Here goes nothing. I took off my bowtie and took off my shoes and put my feet on the seat next to me.

he chuckled but didn't comment anything on it. The rest of the ride we spent in a comfortable silence. When we got to the compound everyone was rushing and code yellow was screeching throughout. I quickly put on my shoes and both of us ran to see what happened.
