Liv’s POV
I went home, took a long shower and gargled until the nausea had worn off. I put on a red satin top and some black leggings. I pulled my hair back into a knot and put on some black platform sandals and walked to school to calm my stomach down before school. “Hey Liv want a ride?” Alaric said pulling up alongside me.
“No thanks I had some serious liquor last night”, I said shaking my head.
“Please don’t say Russian vodka”, he said hopefully.
“Yep”, I said and he hit his horn, “shut up”.
“Didn’t you talk to Des before the party”, he sighed shaking his head.
“Yes and she said to sip a beer but I got distracted”, I said.
“Did Robbie show them the videos”, he guessed.
“All of them it was horrible people paid for admission even the roll of money Robbie gave me wasn’t worth it”, I said annoyed.
“You weren’t that bad I brought something for you”, he said and someone hopped out of the moving vehicle. Desirae.
“Oh my god”, we both yelled then hugged each other excitedly.
“I missed you Liv”, she laughed.
“Me too your goodbye speech for me felt weird”, I said trying not to tear up.
“I’ll meet you guys at the school”, Alaric said driving away, “see you there”.
“So how long are you here for?” I asked hopefully.
“Until the day after Halloween so we get to trick or treat or partying”, she said proudly.
