Liv’s POV
I took everything in the room and then I felt a hand touching mine and I smiled over at Matt who was still sleeping. He looked broken and exhausted so I took my hand and wiped away the tears in his eyes. He took my hand and opened his eyes slowly. “Hi”, I said bringing his hand up to my lips.
“Is this a dream?” he asked sadly.
“No it’s real”, I said looking him in the eye.
“You’re really here with me”, he said touching my cheek. I nodded and he pulled me down onto his lips. I kissed him back and savored the moment. “I thought I’d lost you forever”, he said hugging me.
“I couldn’t leave you alone”, I said massaging his back, “did you really mean what you said earlier?”
“What?” he said confused.
“Do you still love me?” I asked.
“Yes, always yes of course I love you dummy”, he said kissing me all over my face.
“I love you”, I said kissing him on the lips.
“Good because I’m not letting you out of my sight from now on”, he warned.
“I’m not going anywhere”, I promised him.
“Alright let’s go wake everyone else up”, I said standing up.
“You’re healed”, he noticed I felt my neck it was clean again. I laughed and he laughed too hugging me then picked me up.
“EVERYONE WAKE UP”, I yelled. Everyone came running in and Desirae got to me first.
"Liv you didn't die", she said hugging me.
