The two had made there way back up to Alexis' room, it was exactly the same as they had left it. The constricting green and black dress still laid on the bed. Alexis perched herself on the window sill an gestures for Benjamin to sit on the bed. Benjamin cautiously walked up to the bed and attempted to find a spot without moving the dress, Alexis already bored of watching Benjamin fumble around the dress trying not to touch it as he sat, got up and proceeded towards the bed. "Like this" she said, and in one quick movement pushed the dress from the bed to the floor and kicked it underneath it. "There you go" she said as Benjamin sat down, she had already returned to the window sill by the time he had sat down.

She was looking out the fields and could see something at the end of the street, it was a house. It looked like it was beautiful once, but not now, the paint was pealing and the door was cracked, it I was a dark grey colour and it looked like no one had ever lived there.

"I'm curious" Alexis said.

"Oh no, not again" Benjamin replied leaning back on his arms

"What are you on about?"

"The last time you said you were curious I ended up hanging from the window sill trying to get onto the roof."

"And? You got up didn't you?"

"The time before that, I ended up catching you as you tried to jump out the window with a sheet to see if you could fly..... Need I saw more?"

Alexis felling like she had lost simply looked at Benjamin. "This time is different, this time I want to explore the house down there, the one that is at the end of the street, with the grey paint and broken windows." Alexis said as she jumped up from the window sill.

"Wow, you really are mad aren't you? You know where you would be if your mother found out about half of your ideas?" Benjamin said as he sat forward with his elbows on his knees and his head in his hands, his blonde hair falling around his fingers like a bunch of grass growing around a rock, he was noticeably cute when ever he did this, it made Alexis smile. She got up walked across the room and sat down next to Benjamin. "I would be in the mad house if you had never come along, if you weren't here, I might have died from one of my ideas. I am gland you are here" she said as she lent over the top of Benjamin like a cat, "your my best friend, and always will be, I just can't help all these ideas, they just pour into my brain and all of a sudden, TALLY HO LETS SET FIRE TO THE COURT YARD" Alexis said as she jumped up and held one hand up. "Fine what ever, TALLY HO." Benjamin said as he stood up to join her. "But can we agree that if you get me killed, I get to haunt you around for the rest of your days." Benjamin said as he stood there pushing his hands into his pants pockets. "If it means you will still be around me, then yes, you can haunt me." Alexis said with a smile wiped across her face, glowing with traces of adventure and freedom.
