I rapidly look from side to side whilst crossing the road that blocks my way. Ugh, obstacles. Is Rizka okay? Is he ill? Does he miss me? Of course he would, we have this friend relationship...Probably.

Though he hates being alone. Whenever im in the bathroom all I hear is-

Scratch, scratch-scratch.

That is because he always thinks i'll leave him. As if I'd do that!

Oh Rizka...

Damn it. Mother isnt going to be at home either due to ber "buisness trip," if I remember correctly. I wonder what hes been doing. Ive been gone for so long.

...

Oogling at some strangers amazing interior design. I need to get my priorities straight.

After my moments of self communication, I realise I was at my front door. Huh...

No time to be relaxing!

I frantically search my keys since that is the only way to get into the house. But to no avail, the keys seemed to have vanished. The fustration I feel starts to weigh me down. Rizka is inside, I need to see him!

Then a flash wakes my brain up.

I casually bend down and pull the mat a little upwards, revealing a set of keys. Incredibly stupid and cliche but it seems like a good place outside so why not?

I sigh, unlocking the door. My self rhetorical questions have to stop. Also I need to tell Mother about the whole me losing the key thing...I wonder how she'll take that. Hopefully she wont skin me alive...

In a slight worrisome mood, I open the door- revealing my wonderfully empty home.

Wait...

EMPTY?

'Shit. Wheres Rizka? He'd wait by the door usually. Oh God.'

I throw my shoes off my feet in a complete hurry, hoping that my gut instinct is wrong. My mum roasting me alive can wait. Where is he?

Wheres my cat...?

Authors Note: Phones a pain to write in. This took longer than expected despite how short it is. Sorry for this short update but I couldnt leave you hanging another day. Ill update again tomorrow since its late now. Ill try to make it a lot longer too-!
