     I gasped

I gasped.

My lungs never touched the water, but it was as if I was drowning. The cleansing brought me a piece of mind, but it wasn't until morning when I woke. The water was ice cold, and I could feel more of a change in me than what I have been going through lately. Uncertain of what was happening to me, I found myself refreshed and energized as well as dazed and confused.

     Then, I look down.

I gasped at what lay on the surface of the water. Ice! It was pure ice. I couldn't believe there was a thin sheet of ice across the water's surface. The lavendar petals were frozen, but the underneath was freezing, although it was moving. It was a real struggle to lift my body from the frozen ice, but like a Wicken, I prevailed.

I was froze from the tips of my fingers to the end of my toes. I couldn't wobble fast enough from the tub to the closet. I wrapped myself up in the fluffy blue robe, hoping to thaw out quickly. Before I went to sit down, I turn the faucet to the tub on hot and try to get rid of the ice. I had to chip the ice from the tub and watch it go down the drain before I could sit down. I was thinking about taking a warm shower because of the curls on my head when I heard my doorbell ring.

I sighed, calming my nerves. I took deep breaths and walked down the stairs. The doorbell rang again and I huff with their impatience. Before they could ring the doorbell again, I swing open my door and hold on to my robe tightly. My eyes literally bulge out of their sockets when I see the two lumberjacks standing on my porch with most of my herbs. It was a sight to see, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to remember much of it because I slammed the door in their faces. All I could hear was their growls.

I was beyond scared; two Wolvenrians standing at my door and I slam it in their faces.

Not to mention the fact I'm already naked under the robe... Can my luck get any worse?

A dark growl emits from behind my door. I shiver, only imagining which wolf could have done it.

"Mara," Chocolate Drops came to mind and I was tempted to open the door. "Please open yer door.. I promise we wo't hur' ya.. 'cuz we can't."

I settle my forehead to the door, listening to his sweet voice as he spoke.

"We need ya.. I need ya, Mara," he whines, and I can tell it's aching a lot for him to admit this, and from busting the door down.

I was so close to touching the handle and letting them in, but I wasn't sure if I could yet; I mean, I'm only wearing a robe.
