Location: Meta Institute
Xavier and his father Ivan Hart was walking down the hallway and they went into the quarantine area with 7 Meta Institute agents. They went into a large room and they saw a wimpy man straped in and with poison inside of him, He was Test Subject. The Test Subject name was Vanko Allen, Vanko was so freaked out and angry, Two of the agents had to hold him down, insect him with Meta Serum and put him a quarantine room so that the disease won't spread.
Ivan: Unlike those four Meta Humans we saw on the news, The serum that gave them their power was advance and somewhat a prototype. This new serum is better advance than the original, More better, more powerful.
They put Vanko in a stretcher and they made sure that he was strapped in tight. Vanko eyes starts turning red and he starts to struggle trying to get out.
Vanko: LET ME OUT OF HERE!!! NOW!!!
The agents left with Ivan and Xavier, But before he left, Xavier changed the serum setting from Medium to Extra High and he changed the test subject objective.
Xavier: When you wake up, You will kill Jason Macgrath.
Xavier leaves the quarantine area and Vanko arms starts to glow.
25 minutes later
Vanko was loose, his shirt was ripped up and the stretcher was broken in half. Vanko notice that he mutated into a metallic alloy being with torn up hood. Vanko roars with rage, Breaks through the wall and escapes from Meta Institute. Vanko adopted a new name.......Baulk.
Baulk: Kill Jason Macgrath!
