Owen POV

   I sat in my room, thinking of the indoraptor. A gentle nuzzle made me look at down at the (indoraptor color) baby by my hand. I had found (y/n) curled up alone in a lab. She reminded me of Blue with her spirit and willingness to follow my command. I gently petted her.
"I'm never letting anyone hurt you. "
Unbeknown to me, I wouldn't be able to keep that promise.

Your POV

  You raced towards the abandoned building. After a sudden power outage, you had been separated from Owen. That was six years ago. Right now, you were watching a group of humans. One of the, the obvious leader, walked up front but he had his head down. I stalked to the side of the group, giving a loud hiss. The lead male stopped. You jumped to be in front of them. The male's eyes widened.
"(Y/n)? " He said. "(Y/n), its me.Owen. "
Owen? He held his hand out as he slowly walked up to you. As his hand touched your muzzle, you knew it was him. You gave a soft purr and pushed against him. He chuckled but stopped upon seeing your scars. Tears filled his eyes.
"I couldn't protect you. "
You purred, turned and roared. A car no slowly walked over, keeping his head down respectfully. You looked back at Owen. You may be an alpha, but Owen would always be your father.
