There's reason why it's called fake earth and true earth instead of Earth and Heavens.
That's because heavens lays there in the "fake" earth while the above is actually created by a evil, that needs a fresh souls to feed on from the earth, preventing others from having a true freedom. The people in fake heavens are suffering without knowing which is why when they are at their limits, they go to hospital where their body rots and souls are fed on.
