Chapter Seven: Shirts

Ava had been stealing Shiros shirts at night to sleep in. For some reason it made her feel safe. But then again Shiro smelled like her father before things happened. She would always wear her "Love wins" sweater when she was around everyone and she wore his shirts. "Guys do you know where my shirts have been going?" Shiro asked suddenly. "No" everyone said. "I bet Keith is stealing the them" Lance said. "What!?" Keith exclaimed. "You heard me mullet!" Lance said. Soon they where up yelling at each other. Ava was wearing her sweater. "S-stop fighting" she yelled all of a sudden. She couldn't take it. "D-don't fight. Please" she said. She had tears in her eyes. Memories of her father yelling at her brother and throwing empty bottles at her and her brother flash sin her head. "Worthless child!" She ran off outside to the woods.

"Look what you did mullet! Good gong!" I said. Keith ran after Ava. "I wonder what they do" I said. "I bet they fuck" pidge said. "Language!" Shiros yelled. "English" pidge said and walked away with hunk.

I sat there tears streaming down my cheeks. I heard a twig break and looked back to see Keith. "I'm sorry" he said. "I-I forgive you" I said. He smiled and sat next to me. "My father after my mother died was always drunk or hung over which made it triple the work for me and my brother. We had to tend the animals take care of our little sister and our self's. "I said looking down. He put me into a hug and on his lap. "Well if I see your father I'm gonna kill him" he said. I laughed. I buried my head in his chest. I smiled as we sat there. "Keith" I said. He hummed. "Thank you" I said. "For what?" He asked. "Everything" I said. He rubbed my back. "No problem. It's easy to protect you since I like you" he said. My face got red. "Yeah" I said. I got up. "They are probably worried about us" I said. "Yeah let's go. Wanna piggy back?" He asks.d I climbed on his back as we ran to the castle. I laughed. Don't get to attacked. It's to late. Now you'll be even more broken when he leaves. I smiled ignoring my thoughts. We got to the castle and we walked in. "Did you fuck?" Podge asked. "No" I said climbing off Keith's back. "Dammit" she mumbled and walked off. I laughed. I went to Shiros room and changed putting his shirt back. I tied my sweater around my waist. I had on my flannel and ripped jeans. I walked out. I hummed as I went to the training room. I sat and watched Shiro train. I read my book as he trained because I got bored. If she's just gonna be guilty then why do they do the trail? Wow Dorthy just likes to wear the wig. That stupid. I got up. "Bye Shiro" I said and walked out. I found pidge and hunk talking. "Hey guys." I said. All of a sudden my book was taken. I turned to see Bella. "Why did you bring this? It's so old!" She said. "Bella. Don't" I said. She started to rip the first page. "BELLA!" I yelled and tackled her. I took my books and ran to silver. She... She never wanted to be your friend. Worthless child. You so annoying. Why dint you kill yourself? Yeah. It would make Bella's life easier and she would have real friends. Memories haunted me. She was the cause of most of this. She would always bully me. I got into silver. Don't be sad. I heard. I'm silver. Your lion. That makes sense I guess. Don't worry. I'll stay. Forget those horrible memories that's in the past. I nodded. I continued to read my book on the floor of silver. I sighed as I put my book down. Keith and Shiro are really nice. Pidge and hunk are fun. Lance. Hes a good singer and he's fun as well. I let him vent to me when he needs. Bella she doesn't like me. Allura is nice and is always there for me like Keith. Maybe I can stay here for a little. It would be fun to stay here. They are the only family I have left with my brother and sister being gone.
