{5 YEARS LATER}

"And that's it" (Y/n) finished telling their story to her five year old daughter. Lami's eyes widened. "So you mean that Dawaddy was a bad guy?" she asked. (Y/n) found it so adorable the way she called law since she couldn't pronounce properly. She had taken Law's beautiful silvery gold orbs and soft inky black hair while having your (S/c) skin and smile.

She laughed and shook her head. "No Lami, daddy wasn't a bad guy, he just liked to tease me." she explained her daughter. Lami shook her hair that was made into two ponytails. "He was vewy mean to you mummy!" she exclaimed.

At the same time, the front door opened to reveal the person they were talking about. Both mother and daughter turned their heads to see the man of the house. (Y/n) smiled. "Hi honey" she graated her husband. He smiled at her. "Dwaddy!" Lami called out to her father. Law crouched down to her level and spread his arms out for her. They didn't notice, but (Y/n) had taken her phone out and had been recording the scene.

Lami ran as fast as her little chubby legs could carry her. As she neared Law, He expected her to give her a hug, but "OW!" she pulled his ears. "OW, OW, OW! Lami, stop it!" Law called out. It didn't hurt. Oh, what was he saying? Of course it hurt! She let go of her father and looked up at him. Arms crossed, cheeks puffed and lips pouting. She was too adorable for her own good. Law rubbed his ears and asked her. "What'd you do that for?"

She huffed. "Shwame on you, dwaddy!" she scolded her father, shaking her head. "What, why?" he asked. "You were vewy mwean to mummy!" she exclaimed, pointing her index finger to him, the other hand on her hip. She was just like her mother. "Why? What did I do?" he asked, confused. "Mummy told me evewythwing!" she said. Law looked at his wife with a raised eyebrow who just laughed silently. "She told me that you tweased her a lot. You're lucky she is a vewy nice mummy and forgwave you!" she exclaimed again. Law looked at (Y/n) again, silently asking 'Why?' she mouthed back "She asked for it" Law sighed and looked at his daughter again. "Okay, I'm sorry for being mean thing to mummy" he said, holding his ears with his hands.

She huffed again. "Don't say sowwy to me! Say sowwy to mummy! You were mean to her!" she pouted.

Law chuckled and went to his wife. He crouched down in front of her and held his ears. "I'm sorry mummy. Please forgive me" he said, looking at her. She just giggled. "You're forgiven" Lami cheered. "Yay! Mummy forgave dwaddy!"

Law looked up again to see his wife holding her phone. "Hey! Were you recording that?!" he exclaimed as he jumped up. (Y/n) stood up and ran in time before her husband caught her. Law lifted Lami and put her on his shoulders and she wrapped her arms around her father's neck. Law spread his arms and mave a buzzing noise, making it sound like an airplane and ran after his wife. Lami laughed along, occasionally shouting "Run faster, mummy!" or "Catch her!"

Law finally caught her and tickled her sides, making her roar with laughter. Lami climbed off of her father and tried to stop her father, but her tickled her with his other hand. After what felt like hours, though it was only mere minutes, he stopped and hugged them both. He sighed as he thought. 'They are my life. I'd do anything for them.' he smiled.

{TIME SKIP}

It was midnight, and little Lami couldn't sleep. The storm outside kept her awake and scared her. She got up from her bed; gripping her plush polar bear that uncle Bepo gave her on her birthday and went to her parents' room. She opened the door slowly, not to wake mummy and daddy but it squeaked and she flinched. Mummy rose from her bed, looking very sleepy. "Lami? What's wrong?" she murmured. "I-I couldn't sleep" she stuttered in a low voice. Her mother smiled. "C'mon then" she whispered as to not wake Law up since he barely got any sleep from working nowadays.

Lami climbed on the huge bed and (Y/n) lifted her up and placed her in between Law and herself. She pulled he duvet over her daughter and smiled as she was out like light. Lami suddenly started to cuddle to law who put his arms around his daughter. (Y/n) couldn't help but smile. 'I have such a beautiful family...'
