Naomi woke up facing the wall, she blinked for a minute. Yawning she lifted from the covers and looked around the room. (....Last night.... My nose bled...then passed out...) she murmured trying to regain her thoughts about last night. Naomi got out of bed and walked into the bathroom. She saw her hair was a jumbled mess and she fixed it. She got ready, putting on a black and gray T-shirt, reddish gray skirt, black and gray socks and shoes. She walked out of the bathroom after freshening up. (I hope everything from last night is setting well with Lyn....) She murmured and began to worry, she grabbed her coat and went towards Lyn's work. When she entered, she didn't see Lyn. She walked up to the counter and sat in the chair closest towards the edge. Naomi sat quietly waiting, thinking that she was early, but when she looked at the clock at the bartender area, she thought wrong. Naomi got up and began walking towards the employee door way entering behind the bar. She felt her heart race, something felt off back there. She touched the door and it was unlocked. She knew it was odd, (Lyn would never....) She looked towards the back area where the resupply of drinks and where the manager was staying at when he came in. She walked slowly towards it, when she got close she placed her ear to the door and listened carefully. A low moan echoed from inside.

(The hell...?) She lifted her ear away and placed her hand on the knob. She began turning it. Then a squeak from the door, before the door opened completely she saw blood. She stood in silence with her a shock expression with her mouth closed. Her heart raced a bit. When the door touched the wall she couldn't see far like a dark mass was preventing the light from entering. In a split second a body flew and hit the door. Naomi began breathing heavily, a tear struck and fell gently down her face. All she could hear was her heart beat. Her friend's lifeless body hung its head low, her right side of her face was gone, her brain was slowly oozing out, tissue and veins prevented it from coming out. Blood covered the floor instantly. Naomi covered her mouth, then she felt a sharp pain go through her back, a long sharp claw with her blood was coming through her chest. Naomi couldn't move, she saw the creature, it was moving abnormally, it's teeth were sharp as ice. When it tore off her head....

Naomi lifted up from her covers and screamed in low voice. She was shaking and she didn't know what happened, her eye opened and Lyn was sitting beside her, "Y-you alright!? You've been out for days, I was worried that you didn't wake up. Did you have a nightmare?" Naomi hugged her, she sniffled and began to squeeze. Lyn tapped her shoulder," Can't...breath, Naomi..." Naomi broke away, "I'm...sorry..." Naomi had a tear trickle down her face. Lyn placed her hand on Naomi's shoulder, "You can tell me, what happened?" Naomi looked at her, "I woke up, told you to leave because I was alright. You left and I slept for that night.... Got up the next morning, like normal went to your work... It was strange.... No one was inside, including you.... My heart was racing at this point.... I touched the door leading behind the bar and it was strangely unlocked..." Naomi began stuttering a bit," I-I opened the door feeling my heart race more, it was very quiet.... I placed my ear to the door and heard a moan, thinking that you gotten hurt...I opened the door noticing blood and a strange black mass blocking the light...." Naomi sighed and gulped a bit, "I saw your body slam and hit the door with half your head missing.... Then...I felt a claw go through my chest... I couldn't move, then I saw sharp teeth then my head was torn off..."

They sat in silence for a bit, Lyn rubbed her back, "IT's alright, your awake... But I wasn't kidding about not waking up for a couple days, though." Naomi snapped out of her scared state and began questioning, "....Out cold for days...?" Naomi placed her hand on her head for a bit. (But it felt so real, I hope to god that something like that doesn't exist, but what could I say....) she murmured. Naomi got out of bed and stretched. "I'm leaving the village for a little bit..." Lyn, sighed, "You need to rest... You won't be able to think straight if you keep this up... You always leave after two days and don't comeback for a while... You know what?" Lyn got up and said, "I'm coming with you!" Naomi stopped at the bathroom door, and sighed, "I can't let you... It's too dangerous.... You know this....." Lyn shook her head when Naomi looked at her, "I don't care. I'm coming with you, final!" Naomi sighed, (Acts like a mother towards me, I understand her concern but I know I have to search, two days is long enough to visit and after at least two or three weeks, or maybe a month... I go search for those bastards....) Naomi said, "Fine... Just arm yourself..." When Naomi went to freshen up and get ready for the long journey, Lyn left and came back a few hours later with a bag full of necessary stuff.

Naomi was checking their supplies, and saw Lyn's magic bow, her bow can shoot, ice, fire, dark, arrows in fast speeds, even can charge it to give a devastating blow. "Lyn, you sure youre bow can handle this trip...? Didn't it break into three pieces...?" Lyn lifted from her bags and said, "Well, while you were gone, I was able to fix it. I mixed herbs and other magical items to create the spell that fixed it, so I wrote it down and got the ingredients ready for when it does break again." Naomi nodded, "That's good... glad you fixed it..." Naomi nodded after checking things off in her mental check list and said, "You ready..?" Lyn nodded when Naomi looked at her. Then after Lyn leaving a note at her job about there journey together, they left the village at eh dead of night. Naomi made a rock the made a light beam to give them light. The trail was silent besides the crickets and their footsteps. Lyn stayed close to Naomi out of fear. When they reach Naomi's hideout, Lyn was shocked. "You stay all the way here? Why?" Naomi began placing bags down, "This if for sleep and I have a little bit more... They're evenly spread out so no one would find me... C'mon get inside the tent...."

When they entered Naomi and Lyn placed their blankets in their sleeping areas, "Don't worry, Lyn... I've g ot a barrier that protects us, it last for a good while but it needs to charge for a couple of days which is why I keep moving..." "So that's that energy I felt. It's a strong one isn't it. A level seventy, to be exact?" "Yeah, I could go higher, but it would drain more if I did that... I was lucky to get it to last this long took forever but I managed it.... Okay, we're leaving at when either of us get up, so... who ever wakes up first wake up the other..." Lyn nodded, "Okay, goodnight." "Goodnight..." They laid, but only Lyn fell a sleep. Naomi stared for a bit. (I have company this time.... I have to make sure we're both safe, or just her... I don't care what happens to me.... As long as Lyn gets home I can care less...." she sighed and closed her eye, drifting to sleep.
