My Shattered Soul

The night shift

You entered the building,shining your flashlight across the dark building. You headed towards the back of the building, where the power generator was. You continued walking down the halls, your footsteps echoing. " Man, this place is creepy at night." you gulped. You made it to the generator and flipped all of the lights on. Walking back down the hallway to the show stage, you couldn't help but notice that the animatronics seemed to have moved . Not by much but just ever so slightly. You climbed the onto the stage and tapped the chicken, which you had learned that her name was Chica.  You don't even know what you expected to happen. You started to walk away when you were spun around by the... chicken? Chica stared into your eyes, then smiled. You screamed and wriggled in her grip. She didn't seem to notice as she picked you up and brought you over to the stage.

" Hey guys! We have a new nightguard!" She chirped happily, oblivious to your fear. " I think you should put him down Chica, he seems a bit scared.." Freddy advised. You slowly released her grip on you. Once she let you go, you backed away from them. " Y-you guys c-can t-talk?" You stuttered. " Of course we can, how do you think we entertain children?" Bonnie put in. " W-well you guys are animatronics, so I j-just thought that, well, y 'now,  don't have personalities?" You quavered. The bunny looked at you for a second, then burst out laughing, as if that's the best thing he's heard in years.  You started to loosen up a little, the other animatronics just stared at Bonnie, who was now on the floor still laughing.

The Fox animatronic stepped out of his cove. " What be goin' on ere?" he asked as he stormed out of his cove. He looked at you, then the bunny, then at you again. Slowly he put two and two together. " So, ye be the new nightguard?" He queried as he pat you on the back. You flinched at his touch. He was a little too close for comfort, with all of those sharp teeth... The bear spoke up " I believe we should all introduce ourselves to Mr..." "(Y/N)" You said " My name is (Y/N)"  "To (Y/N)" Chica went first " Hi my name is Chica, I like too cook pizza! Hey we should cook a pizza! Here I will go get th-"                                                                                                                                                             "Chica, that's enough" Freddy ordered                                                                                                                        "Ok..." She replied sadly. The bunny went next. "Hi, I'm bonnie, though you probably already knew that, because I am the STAR OF THE SHOW!" He proclaimed. Freddy just rolled his eyes at him and walked up to you " My name is Freddy, and I am the leader of this band." he held his hand out for you to shake it. You eyed his hand warily for a second, then you shook his hand. His fur was surprisingly soft.  Next was Foxy "Hi, there lad, I be Foxy" He held out his hook for you to shake it. "Whoops, wrong hand" He apologized. He held out his other hand. You shook his hand gently. They all stood there grinning at you. " So what should we do?" the bunny asked " He still has six hours and thirty-six minutes left until his shift is over." You looked at your watch and sure enough it was 12:24.                         

"We could make pizza!" Chica suggested "Well," Freddy looked conflicted " why not? It wouldn't hurt." "Yay!" Chica exclaimed she grabbed your hand and dragged you to the kitchen.  "What's your favorite topping?" She called " (F/T)" you replied, unsure of what she was going to make. " Okay, that's all I needed!" She shoved you out of the kitchen. Foxy looked at you and grinned. "Freddy said e' had something planned for ye, go to the main party room." You didn't know what they had planned for you, but you weren't sure if you wanted to find out. Foxy looked at you " Uh, ye going or not?" " Y-ya! I'm going!" You timidly said, rubbing your arm. You walked towards the party room, glancing back at foxy. He flashed you a grin and gave you a thumbs up. " Here goes nothing" You mumbled. You stepped into the room. Only to fall over and black out..
