Chapter 1. Arcade Fun.

Finally I had passed my entrance exam to attend the University Of the West Indies and I would have been there soon if I had passed the first time. I was 19 at the time and I was just so lazy in doing what was supposed to be done when it comes to school, It's not like I wasn't able to do it , it's more like I couldn't bother but anyways today was the day my best friend Jason and I passed our entrance exam to UWI and to celebrate our success we went to an arcade near our community.

"Hey Jason I'm really glad that we passed our exam bro".

I looked into the distance while I was talking to Jason with a postive look on my face and Jason then place his hand on my shoulder and stopped me, I turned around and saw tears in his eyes.

"Jaosn what's wrong ? everything okay ?"

"I'm... I'm... I'M JUST SO HAPPY WE PASSED THIS STUPID EXAM BRO!".

I laughed and Jason then wiped away his tears and took out his phone and started playing some Kendrick lamar songs and then he called out to me.

"Yo Brad what kinda game are we gonna play when we are at the arcade?".

I started thinking about the games that we could play at the arcade but only Naruto Ultimate ninja storm 4 could comr to mind.

"Um I think we should play storm 4, what do you think J".

"Sure sounds plus besides I think I got better at the game from the last time we played together so this time I am going to kick your ass for sure".

I laughed hard until tears came to my eyes as we were walking up to the door to the arcade then before I went in with Jason I bumped fists with him and said.

"May the better man win bro".

"Of course bro".

The round started between Jason and I, I had picked Itachi and Jason selected Sasuke then he looked over at me with a small grin on his face.

"Oh I see so I'm guessing that is your main character?"

"Nah I just wanted to scare you but it didn't work".

My face went blank when Jason said that, soon after we began to play. During playing the match with Jason I could tell that he really did sit down and practise with Sasuke because he did come to this place often and play so it only made sense. The match really close Jason had one subsand I had two subs left and I forced him to sub and soon after I gave him my ultimate jutsu and I won.

"Damn Jason you really are getting better".

"Thanks Brad, you really push me to get better in this game not gonna lie but what do you say we play a couple more matches before we head home?".

"Hmmmm sure why not".

Jason and I played 5 more matches and I ended up winning all 5. It was getting late but even then the arcade was still packed with people, I guess it was mostly because High schoolers were on summer break. Jason called out to me and I turned around to see what was up.

"Yo Brad I'm gonna use the bathroom for a sec do you mind waiting on me?".

"Sure no prob bro just hurry cause I'm getting kinda tired".

I lied cause when I go home I know I was gonna play my brand new pokemon game for about 2 hours before I went to bed.

"Okay bro brb".

While I was waiting for Jason I noticed a girl from snack bar was slowly getting closer and closer to me but I didn't say anything I was waiting to see what was gonna happen. 5 minutes later she was a basically right beside me and then I felt a a hand poke my side. I looked down and to my surprise this girl was really cute and she was short , she had long curly brown hair, She had a small figure, she was wearing a shirt that said gotta catch em all, slim jeans and sneakers that were black and white. The moment I saw her pokemon shirt I went full on nerd mode.
