Chapter 2. First day at U.W.I

My alarm went off and woke me up so that I would get ready early so as the time comes I could just leave out with Jason on our first day at U.W.I, I made sure to set my alarm for 5:30 a.m and of course I had to put the most annoying alarm to wake me up because if I didn't know that I would over sleep, My alarm was this annoying truck horn sound so the second I heard it I jumped out of bed and went straight to the bathroom and got ready. It was now 6:15 a.m and by now I know Jason would be ready. A sudden knock came from door and following after I heard Jason's voice.

"Yo Brad you better be up bro".

Before I answered Jason a text message came in on whatsapp, It was Jenny saying hey so I quickly typed back "Hi Hi" then I went and opened my door for Jason.

"I was just gonna use the spare key that you gave me from way back to open the door".

Jason and I go waaaaaay back we both are coming from basic school days. Jason and I were on the same height, I had my hair grown so it was tall but jason prefered to get a low fade, I had earrings in my ears from high school days so because of that Jason would sometime call me a pretty girl and I would laugh.

"Sorry I took so long to answer bro I was just answering a text message from Jenny".

Jason looked at me with a big smile on his face then he said.

"oooooooh I see how it is bro, you like Jenny don't you?"

I began to blush and then I ignored Jason's question by taking up my backpack and heading outside.

"Come on Bro you know you can tell me".

I still didn't answer Jason and then I said.

"Are you ready for our first day ?"

The bored expression on Jason's face was hilarious because I completely Ignored his question.

"You are such a buzz kill you know bro, but anyways yeah I am ready for today".

"I am not a buzz kill I just don't want to answer you of course".

I then locked my house door then Jason and I began to walk to a bus stop that was just outside our community, It was a 10 minutes walk away so it was all good. While Jason I were walking we talked about anime and the past, We had finally reached the bus stop and we were there waiting for another 10 minutes to get a bus to go to U.W.I and soon after we got a bus and we were on our way to U.W.I.

"Yo Jason are you nervous ?"

"Yeah I'm a bit nervous, I mean who wouldn't be nervous on their first day of university".

" I know right, I am also nervous but hey we can get through this together".

Jason chuckled and took out his phone and looked at the time.

"Nice! we made good time bro, it's just 7:00 a.m".

I wasn't that surprised that we made good time because we both woke up early and got ready. Jason and I just talked about random stuff until we came off at our stop which was the front gate of U.W.I. Jason and I came off the bus and we both saw Jenny at the gate leaning against the wall in a pink dress with white flowers on it and on pink slippers, her hair was in a pony tail and her nails and toes were done in pink.

"Hey guys, morning". Jenny said in a cheerful tone and she then came up to me and hugged me then she smiled at Jason.

We both began to walk with Jenny and Jason whispered to me.

"Yo bro she is really cute and it is so obvious that she is into you damn you are lucky".

I then whispered back quickly making sure Jenny didn't hear me of course.

"I wanna get to know her more before I actually ask her out bro".

Jenny then turned around and said.

"Did you guys say something ?".

Jason quickly said something.

"Brandon was just saying that you are really cute".

Jenny blushed and turned around quickly so that we couldn't how red her face became.

"Jason....you....I mean yeah jenny I think you are really cute:,

Jenny then covered her face her because she was blushing so much then she said.

"Guys I think I'm gonna use the bathroom here real quick".

Jenny ran off to the bathroom while hiding her face and as soon as she went in the bathroom Jason turned to me and said.

"Bro she was totally blushing awhile ago, I told you she liked you".

Jason playfully pushed me, and I looked at Jason and said.

"Come on bro why did you have to do that, I was gonna talk to her".

"You mean 10 years from now, come on don't be that way because I know that later on you are gonna thank me".

I sighed and looked up to the sky then I replied.

"Yeah maybe you are right".

"I know I am right bro".

Meanwhile in the bathroom Jenny was washing her hands and she looked in the mirror and began to talk to herself.

"I can't believ he thinks I'm cute, oh my god I am so happy but my face hurts like hell from blushing so much, I'm glad I decided to wear this dress today".

Jenny then walked out of the bathroom and came up to us and she then asked me if she could hold my hand while she looked away from my eyes, I forgout to mention Jenny had really brown eyes, her eyes were really pretty anyways I then replied to Jenny.

"Sure Jenny".

Jenny smiled and held my hand and Jason looked at me while smiling and her gave me a thumbs up and walked ahead of us.

We all had finally reached first class on time and that class was animation class, surprisingly Jenny was in my class. The first time I walked in with Jenny everyone was looking at us as if there was something on our faces but really everyone thought that Jenny was my girlfriend. Clss started and everyone introduced themsleves then the class official began. Jason sat beside me in class and Jenny was at the front and of course guys were hitting on her on the front row of the class but she just ignored them, it was as if they didn't exist to her.

After 3 hours class had ended adn it was now 3 in the afternoon, Jason and I decided that we were fonna go home early but before we could leave Jenny stopped me.

"Brad can I say something to you?".

Jason walked ahead giving me time to talk to Jenny and then I said.

"Sure thing what's up".

Jenny began playing with her fingers infront of mr then she looked up at me and said.

" You wanna skype me when you go home?"

I wondered why Jenny didn't just ask me this over whatsapp but I guess she just wanted to let me know from early so that If I am free I could skype call her. I then place my hand on my chin and said.

"Sounds fun, just send me your name on skype over whatsapp and I'll add you".

"Okay B I'll do that, Um is it okay if I call you B?"

"Well you just did soooooo....but sure why not".

Jenny smiled and she tipped on her toes and kissed my cheek and ran off smiling and my eyes were wide opened because I didn't think she was bold enough to do something like that. I hurried up to the bus stop and I caught up to Jason and we both went home as we normally do. While I was home I texted Jason and Jenny, soon after I added Jenny on Skype but before I skyped her I told her that I was gonna watch some anime first and she did the same. I laid in my bed watching anime and my eyes became heavy and didn't even try to fight the sleep so I just slept at 5 p.m in the day.
