ZACH

The bell just rung and I finish putting up my stuff in my book bag. I look up to see everyone already gone except my best friend Matt standing and waiting on me. Well besides a boy that's just sitting in a seat across the room. I wonder why is he just sitting there as I find myself making eye contact with. Don't worry about it.

Listening to the voice in my head I smile being polite and he automatically smiles back. I always see this boy often as he's in all my classes but were not really friends. He's pretty cute too, with blonde hair and a nice face.

"You're so slow," Matt huffs as he's gains my attention. Looking away from the cute boy, Matt and I start to walk out of the classroom on our way to lunch.

We maneuver our way through the crowd halls and I smile as we pass everyone. Matt and I having a casual conversation.

"Why are you smiling so much," Matt asks as he laughs at me.

I pout at him as I answer his question confidently, "I just feel like it's gonna be a good day."

"You say that everyday," Matt rolls his eyes and I giggle. Remember you have a beautiful smile and it could brighten up someone's day by just giving them one.

"Well I like smiling so I think I'll keep doing it," I say as we enter the lunchroom and walk toward our table.

"Did you bring lunch?" I ask as we plop down at our table.

"Nope, I was too lazy this morning and don't feel like going through the line today," he explains shaking his head.

I frown. "How bout I go get your lunch," I ask starting to get out of my seat.

"Zach you don't have to be so nice, I'm fine." He tried to reassure me so I sit back down but I still don't like the fact he doesn't want to eat. Don't worry about it, it's his fault if he doesn't want to eat, just offer him half of your sandwich.

"Fine but you're having half of my sandwich whether you like it or not," I tear off a piece handing it to Matt.

"Matt, bro you going to the party right." I hear the familiar voice of Brandon as he finally sits at the table. Another friend of mine and Matt's in our own little friend group.

"Yeah dude, of course," Matt replies as they ignore me in their own little conversation. I don't think to much about it though and just eat my food because I hate parties and refuse to go because I don't wanna be some troublemaker.

"Hey Zach, you sure you don't wanna go just this one time." Brandon tries to invite me for the millionth time this year.

I swallow my food down before speaking, "Yes Brandon, parties aren't really my scene."

"Ok well, are you at least excited for the soccer game tomorrow?" Matt changes the subject.

"Yeah bro now that's my shit," I say not realizing what I said. That's a bad word. I frown as I instantly regret it.

"Zach," Brandon gasped.

"We're finally rubbing off on you, I'm proud," Matt pats me on the back.

"It was an accident," I whine.

"Yeah sure but you said a bad word," Matt mocks me treating me like a child.

"Whatever," I roll my eyes as the boys laugh. Hey don't feel bad, it was just a slip up.

"So are you guys wearing jerseys tomorrow?" I ask but the boys get this surprise look on their faces as they stare behind me making me wonder what they're looking at.

Turning around I see a guy staring down at me with a smirk. He has brown hair and rather tall but lanky. I also notice the blue eyes that are looking me up and down. He's hot. "Hey babe."

I turn around to the other boys with a confused look on my face and silently asking for help with the situation. But they are still surprised by the hot guy's presence. Turn around to your friends and pretends he isn't there, he might leave.

I do as my mind is telling me and turn around. I watch my friends mouth start to smile but their mouths are still agape a little. I also still feel the uncomfortable feeling of staring into my back.

Hearing a chair scrap across the floor beside me, I turn to see the hot guy sitting down. "Babe, it's a little rude to just ignore me like that," he pouts but his eyes give a teasing look.

"Are you talking to me," I asked just to make sure. I don't like awkward situations.

"Well you're the only pretty one over here," he laughs. How rude he just shaded your friends and is flirting with you.

I feel my cheeks heat up at the guy's comment, but frown at the thought in my head and look toward my friends with a sympathetic look but they are just watching intently at the hot guy.

"Are you sure? My name is Zach," I pry on still not believing he's flirting with me.

"Yeah I think I'll just keep calling you babe," he whispers in my ear as he wraps his arm around me. I feel my heart skip at the feeling but a little awkward at him in my personal space.

I say nothing and keep my mouth shut. I feel his breathe on my neck as he lays his head on my shoulder. "The names Daniel."

He says this loud enough for my friends to hear but they just say, "yeah we know." But I didn't know.

"You can call me daddy though," I hear Daniel whispers in my ear as he pulls my ear with his teeth a little. I feel my face flushes red. You should definitely call him daddy, maybe you can finally lose your virginity. No Zach, you know that's a sin and we already said you will wait until after marriage. So it can feel great and not a regret.

I shake my head at the thoughts and put a hand to my head as all the words swirling around in my head. Something didn't seem right.

"I'm sorry Daniel, but could you like get out of my personal space." I ask politely but feel my heart beating erratically and my face blushing intensely.

"No, I like it here." He said bluntly. I sigh and pull out my phone checking the time. I need next period to hurry up now.

"Zach we have to go to our lockers before class start," Matt says as him and Brandon get up smirking at me. I don't know whether they are trying to help me or making fun of me.

"Ok I'll go too," I try to get up but Daniel's weight on my shoulders doesn't let me. You're not going anywhere.

"Looks like I'm staying here guys, but I'll see you guys later." I reassure as they give me a questioning look. I guess they were trying to help me.

Once they leave, I finally huff out and jerk Daniel off my shoulder.

"Ouch that hurt," he whines rubbing his cheek as if I hurt him for real.

"What do you want," I get to the point.

"Come to the party this weekend." He props his arm on the table laying his head in hand.

"No, I don't like parties." I cross my arms. Yeah you tell him Zach.

"Please just this once," he pouts poking his lip out. Go you will have fun. Don't do it Zach, you don't want any trouble. Come on Zach it will be fine.

So many thoughts swirled in my head causing me to blurt out. "Fine I'll go." Looks like I'm going to a party. Maybe it will be fun, I wonder.
