Don't Ever Leave
You were standing on the side of the stage, mindful the staff. Having not seen your boyfriend in so long, you couldn't keep your eyes off of him as Chen sang his heart out and jumped along with the crowd. The stadium was so loud and full of energy you couldn't help but dance along and sing with Chen. Even if he didn't know that you were cheering him on from the sideline, you made sure to sing loudly.
Caught up in the jumping and just the general feels of the concert, you didn't realize how long you had been dancing. The roaring of a cheering crowd had twirling and losing sight of Chen for a second, long enough for your boyfriend to spy your dancing form as he made his way off of the stage. Suddenly swept up in a hug, you laughed as you caught sight of your boyfriend's familiar trolling grin.
Setting you back on your feet, Chen stood back and tried to catch his breath. With the lights of the stage and the heat from the suit that he was wearing, Chen could feel the sweat drip down his back. Looking at you though, he didn't mind the stage heat as long as he could see you cheering and dancing along.
"How was it ___?" Chen smiled, his cheek bones becoming more noticeable as the sides of his mouth lifted.
"Amazing as always," you grinned, "you're voice is beautiful."
Even through all the years you two had known each other, your boyfriend's voice never failed to shoot to your heart and amaze you.
"Really?" Chen grinned, setting you down so that he could pull you tight to his side, not wanting to let you go.
"Absolutely," you said, gripping at his hand that was draped around your shoulder.
As you two walked to the boys' dressing room, slightly behind the others, Chen couldn't keep his gaze away from you. Having not seen you due to his schedules and practices, he's memory did not do you justice. Your dark hair cascading down your back and your gorgeous eyes staring straight ahead, snapping to meet his gaze every once and a while, how did he become so lucky as to have you stand beside him? Chen's eyes eventually found their way to your plump lips, words obviously passing through them but he couldn't get himself to focus.
Eventually finding yourself snuggled against Chen's chest in the back of his company car, his thumb rubbing soft circles against the back of your hand and the other members that were in the van sleeping, you looked up at Chen. His eyes were slightly fluttering as he tried to stay awake, you turned so that your body was angled towards his.
"It's okay to sleep JongDae," you grinned, removing your hand from his so that you could play with his fingers.
"I'm not tired." He said, the familiar pout of his lips and the whining tone in his voice conflicted with his drooping lids.
"I'll still be hear when you wake up," you sighed, pitching your body forward so that your chin rested on his shoulder, your seatbelt constricting your movement slightly.
Opening his eyes and sitting up, Chen's smile grew wide as he took in your sentence.
"Are you staying tonight?" he asked.
Nodding, you tried to muffle your yelp as Chen pulled you tight to him.
"Ah, you're so beautiful, my girlfriend," He yawned, sitting heavily back. "Don't ever leave."
"I said I wasn't," you whispered, your own eyes closing on their own accord
