 "Ashton are we almost there yet? I'm hungry and we've been in here for two hours" Michael asked groaning. It had felt way longer than just two hours. 

"only fifteen more minutes and we're there"

"For the last while of the ride, let's actually try to have fun" calum told his friends, before grabbing a cd of the glove department and putting it in the player. All time low's "I feel like dancing" started playing. Everyone in the car smiled and started singing along to their favorite band.

Singing made the time pass by quicker, Luke wished Calum would of thought of it earlier. Luke wished for a lot of things though, and none of them ever seemed to come true.

When they got to the cabin everyone got out of the car quickly and stretched.

"finally" Ashton said smiling. He seemed to be the only one happy about being here, well Calum was pretty alright with it too.

The cabin was fairly big and it was really nice. it was made of wood and looked like one you'd see on an advertisement. Luke's family was pretty well off, so it wasn't really a surprise.

Once the boys had unpacked all their things, they sat in the living room area. It was a nice room, painted a beige colour. It was always bright, because of the many windows that were always open.

"I forgot something" Ashton said, breaking the silence the boys had been sitting in.

Everyone rolled their eyes, of course Ashton would forget something.

"I'm not going back with you to get it" Michael told him.

"no, I didn't forget anything at home. I meant that I forgot to ask you guys for your phones" Ashton said, standing up.

"our phones? why would you need them?" Luke asked, confused.

"so you don't have any distractions"  Ashton said, like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"are you serious Ash?" Calum asked.

Ashton nodded, grabbing Calum's phone.

"Michael this is torture!" Luke whined and moved closer to Michael, burying his head in Michael's neck. They've always had a touchy feely relationship, they both liked it that way.

"I know" Michael said and sighed.

After getting Luke and Michael's phones (which took lots of effort) Ashton and Calum decided to make themselves lunch, while Luke and Michael remained on the couch.

"I'm bored" Luke said, pouting.

"want to go swimming?" Michael asked. They were already in their swim shorts so why not?

Luke shrugged. "sure"

They quietly got up and snuck out the back door, making sure Cal and Ash didn't hear.

"I don't know why Ash is taking this 'no distractions' thing so seriously" Luke said, as they walked to the beach.

"I guess he just wants our band to actually be something, you know?" Michael said and shrugged.

"I guess, but it's summer, we should have fun while we can"

"talking about fun, I'll race you to the beach" Michael said, smirking.

"fine, but don't cry when you lose" Luke said laughing.

The race ended in a tie, but Michael claims he won. (he totally didn't)

There was no one else at the beach, which was odd but Michael and Luke didn't think much of it.

Michael took his shirt off and looked at Luke. "are you just going to stand there?" he asked when Luke didn't take his off.

"I-um no" Luke said, staring at Michael's chest. He'd only seen Michael shirtless once before.

"are you staring at my chest?" Michael asked, raising an eyebrow.

"what? no- I no" Luke said, quickly looking away.

"you totally were" Michael said laughing a little.

"I was not" Luke said, and took his own shirt off.

"you were, but it's fine. I'm glad someone likes my chest" Michael said and winked.

Luke's face started to heat up "I don't like your-"

"you don't?" Michael asked  pouting.

"It's not that I don't like your chest, I totally do but I mean I-" he started to ramble.

"I was kidding Lukey, but hearing you ramble was kind of adorable if I'm being honest"  Michael said. Luke couldn't tell if he was serious or not.

"shut up" Luke said, his face red.

"make me"
