"Hey, Jason. You wanna go on a boat together?" I ask Jason when we get down to the dock for boating. "Yeah, sure!" He says sounding happy I blushed but tried to keep it hidden by looking at the ground. I smile and he quickly picks a boat and it looks like we got first pick. We hop into the boat and Jason paddles. "Ok. So, I've been wanting to tell you something ever since camp started but never had the guts, but I'm trying now. So, hear me out." Jason says with a nervous look on his face. "I really, really like you." He adds. "Well, I really, really like you." I say. He smiles at me and kisses me passionately. We pull apart to catch our breath and we stare at each other and to break the awkward silence he starts to laugh. We talk and laugh till' one of the counsellors calls us in.
