"Hey there"
"Louis!"
"Louis"
Voices. That's all I hear. Shadows across the walls. Murmuring and whispering. Why won't they stop? Why won't they leave me alone. I suffered years of my life crying, screaming, talking to no one, cutting, taking pills and things I never want to go back again.
"STOP!!" I cried, throwing apillow at my window. I can't take it. They're consuming each and every part of me. "Please!! STOP!" I yelled taking the vase in my hands and throwing it into the floor, watching every shadow take an inch closer to me.
Why won't they go? Why won't they leave? Why are they takinh control of me? Why?
"Go Away!!" I screamed again taking a few steps back until I hit the wall. She was just there. Staring blankly in my face. The dark figure won't go away. She never leaves him. She never will
"Please!!" I pleaded again, this time sobbing to my knees. She was closer now. A meter away from me. She was humming a lullaby. She doesn't seem harmless, but she doesn't seem nice either.
She looks like a bride, ready to be married, but only she was wearing a black gown and a veil covering her face.
"Shush"
"I won't hurt you, little one."
Now the lady was inches away from me. I haven't noticed her eyes until the wind blew and a part of her face was seen. Her raven black eyes were blood shot red. Her eyes were filled with anger and revenge.
I backed away from her, whimpering by every step. My parents were home. Even my brother Niall was just a room away from mine. The last time I checked him he was playing his Power Rangers action figures.
I cried in fear of her. Only did I knew that she wasn't real. Only made up by my stupid imaginations. I never knew why is she here.
"Louis, come with me"
"Do as I said and, I'll give you a reward in return"
I didn't flinched at her touch. Her touch was like real. But thing is it isn't.
A smile crept in her face as I slowly nodded. Her eyes widened. As she look at every step as I exit my room. I looked at the mirror. I was with no one. I was alone with my hand held at the air. I looked back at her
"Come on"
Slowly, I nodded again. A sinister smile was flashed at her face.
I looked at my brother's room. His door was slightly open and I can see him muttering words as he play his Power Ranger Action figures. His blonde hair was neatly fixed at his head. His shiny blue eyes glowed at the room. His playful aura could be felt everywhere. He is only 2 years younger than me.
His head shot at my direction. I could see that he was curious in where I was going. His brows furrowed and asked "Where is Boo bear going?" he asked tilting his head in my direction.
I, myself I don't know where. I shrugged my shoulders." Uhmm.. downstairs." I said and he quickly nodded putting his attention to his action figures.
The lady wasn't there any more. It was replaced by a 20 year old girl with voluminous waves at her hair. She was astonishungly beautiful. But only, she wasn't real.
"Come on Louis"
"Do you wanna play?"
I nodded in return then I rushed down the stairs to catch up with her. I looked around the living room. No one was home. Maybe mum and dad are upsTAIRS.
"Louis!"
"STOP WASTING TIME!"
It wasn't the beautiful girl in her early 20's anymore. It was the lady again. The black bride, I thought.
She pulled me to the kitchen. "What are we doing here?" I nervously asked as I hear some voices in my head getting louder.
"Don't listen to her!'
"She's danger!"
"Go Louis"
"DIE!"
"Listen to the lady"
Some where even saying things that I couldn't understand like
I was debating to myself wether it said "She is sick" or "Go suck someone's dick"
What's a dick anyway?
I chose the first one instead.
I looked at the lady. She was mumbling some curses. I knew them because I could hear my parents saying those words wenever they fight.
She was scrambling some things at the drawer. She was looking for something. I knew it. But I was wondering what is she looking for at the first drawer. The drwer was too high for me to reach so I couldn't see what was she looking for.
Then it hits me.
The first drawer.
It was filled of sharp things like knives, scissors and many sharp things.
"W-what are we going to do?" I stuttered as I watch her making a search and rescue for that thing she was looking for.
"Oh nothing dear, just a toy we could use for the catch"
She said like it was nothing.
BUt I am definetely sure it IS something
Then she looked at the top shelf. She picked up my dad's lighter.
"Whatever happens stay still Louis, this is where the fun begins"
She smiled then she was gone.
I looked at the table where she had placed some kitchen stuff that I wasn't supposed to be touching.
carving knife, cutter, butcher knife, shears, bread knife and a lighter
I wonder what was the lighter for?
I stood in my tippy toes so I could get the lighter.
I took it.
Then I pressed it then I saw red and orange dancing light. It was hot.
"Do it Louis"
I could hear her voice but she was no where to be seen
"Go light it up"
Then he went upstairs and rushed to his brothers room.
