Hayden: Play fortnite

Hayden: And eat food!
Kenzie: sure! Anyone else comin?
Hayden: Nope unless you want me to invite someone!?
Kenzie: Lol no I'm fine
Hayden: ok well come over whenever
Kenzie: See you in a few

I quickly got off my bed and slipped on my vans fixing my hair on the way. I made my way down the hall, stopping at Maddie's door. "I'm away to Hayden's!" I told her opening it. "Ok I'll call you when I want you back!" She smiled at me. I nodded and closed her door.

Knocking on Hayden's front door his older brother Dylan opened it. "Hi Mackenzie," he smiled at me. "Hey is Hayden here?" I asked. "Yep up in his room," he says letting me in. I nodded and walked up to his room.

"Hey Mackenzie!" He exclaimed when I came in. "Hi!" I smiled back at him. We played fortnite for a while then we sat on his bed.

"Wanna go out sometime?" He asked me unexpectedly. "Huh?" I asked confused. "Do you want to go out with me?" He asked again.

My eyes widened. What am I meant to say? I don't want to date him he's my friend and anyways I like John.

"Mackenzie?" He asked me waving his hand in front of my face. "Umm no you see I kinda like someone else," I sighed. "Who?" He asked me smirking. I shook my head. "Oh come on!" He pestered me. I rolled my eyes playfully. "Fine I kinda like John," I sighed looking down.

"OMG YASSSS I KBEW IT!!" He shouted. I looked up and laughed st his happy he was. "JENZIE FOR LIFE!" He screamed happily. "Don't tell anyone!" I warned. "My lips are sealed!" He said smiling a bit.
