It's been two weeks since and well Leigha has been taking her 'hurting' out on me. It's not my fault you decided to set your boyfriend up and then he left you. She's been doing anything she could to mess with my life more than she already has, I'm trying to not let it get to me but its kinda hard.
In chemistry she switched the solutions on my desk. Do you know how hard it was to get purple dye of your face, I walked around the school all day looking like one of those crazed minions.
Then my bike magically just took itself apart and I had to put it back together and then the weather took it upon itself to start raining. My life was just perfect. Wasn't it?
Thank the heavens for Adam, he was there to help me with my bike, even in the pouring rain, how sweet, then he hooked my bike up to his car and gave me a ride home. Who knows where my pains for brothers were, abandoning their sister- to fend for herself- in the rain.
Lets not forget Caleb he helped me get all that purple stuff out, with his own little recipe. We actually started talking even more and he was actually a really cool guy. He's funny, smart and cute, but it really doesn't matter to me because I still really like Adam, and even though Adam's been really helpful and all of that he's still not into me like that and I will just have to accept that, I mean at least I have him as a friend right. Wait, hold the guacamole! Are we even classified as friends? ARE WE?
~
It was the weekend. Thaya and Mia had just left, lately they've been hanging out with my brothers a little more than they do with me but that's cool, I understand the whole teenage love thing.
Then the doorbell rang.
Caleb's p.o.v
I decided that I wanted to hang out with Spence today, we've been talking a lot on the phone and at school also, but I actually wanted to hang out, you know face to face communication.
I walked up to the door and knocked. She opened the door looking as amazing as always, with her big glasses.
"Oh hey Caleb, I wasn't expecting you here" she spoke, with a look of shock on her face.
"Um....yeah I know" I started rubbing the back of my neck, "I just thought we could hang out today." I nervously said.
"Why don't you come inside Caleb"
She led me to the couch and told me to have a seat and when I was just about to tell her my plans for today, Adam walked in.
"Adam?" I asked standing up.
"Caleb?"
"What are you doing here?" we both asked in unison.
"Well," I started, "I came to hang out with Spencer"
"Well....so did I" he stated bluntly.
Spencer's p.o.v
Great what was Caleb doing here, what were they both doing here?
"We could all hang out together" I butted in.
"I don't think that's such a good idea" Adam said.
"Why? aren't you guys like best friends" I was confused.
"Yeah so if anyone knows him better its me, and one thing I know is, he doesn't like competition" and with that Caleb walked outside and then onto the porch closing the door behind him.
Huh?
"What competition? what is he talking about".
"You still haven't figured it out yet have you?" he said with a straight face. "I think I better leave...."
And with that he walked out of the house and made his way back home. What was going on. This was more than confusing, and what haven't I figured out yet? Caleb was still here so maybe he could lighten up the situation a little.
I walked outside. Caleb then turned to me with a look that I couldn't comprehend, then looked away.
Oh great.
