Today was the hardest day for you. Well everyday for the last 3 years was hard you for but especially today as it was the day you lost the love of your life. You still loved Jules with all of your heart no matter what. You remember the day getting called into the hospital when you got told Jules wouldn't make it. Your whole world broke down.
You and Charles were sat and his grave stone in silent, both thinking of the times you shared with him. You and Jules had been together 3 years before his accident and you had planned your future out together. His dream was to drive for Ferrari and after a few years you two would settle down and create a family. This broke your heart as you didn't want anyone else but Jules.
You felt completely lost without him, you know he wouldn't want you to be sad but you missed him too much. You just kept thinking to yourself 'how can I carry on without him' but you knew you had to be strong for him. You look back at your time with Jules and it was just pure happiness. He had made you the happiest person in the world.
Charles sat there thinking about how close him and Jules were, they were inseparable. Jules was Charles godfather and Charles was so great full to have a role model like Jules. Charles and Jules dream was to drive in F1 and race for Ferrari. Jules got to live his dream by driving in F1 but it ended too quickly, he was meant to wait for Charles so they could race together.
"I miss him so much" you sniffed, a single tear rolling down your cheek. "I do too" Charles said pulling you in tight. You had always been close to Charles through Jules. "I can't do this anymore" you sobbed. "I know but look Y/N you have to be strong for him. He wouldn't want you to be upset, he would want to go out and live your dream." Charles said.
Your dream was to become an actor however you gave this up for Jules, you traveled with him to all of his races. Jules never wanted you to give up your dream but you wanted to be with him and watch him do something he loved. However now you knew you had to do it, for him. Charles left you alone for a bit so you could speak to Jules.
"I love you so much Jules and I will never stop loving you. I could never meet someone like you in my life. I don't think I want to meet anyone else. You were my soulmate. I feel so crushed, empty without you. I need you" you were fully sobbing. You left a bouquet of red roses on his grave stone, it was the flowers he brought you on your first date. As you left you kissed his grave stone goodbye "you'll always be in my heart, forever and always."
A.N- I wanted to post this as its the 3 year anniversary of Jules death :((( this was difficult to write as he is missed so much in the F1 community. I think this song fits perfectly in this story.
