I woke up to my alarm I set the night before going off

Letting me know it's 7 am just enough time to get up shower and leave before the guys are fully awake

Are first game starts at 3:10, practice starts at 12 so I'll have enough time to go home and be ready and get some food before hand

as i was in the shower i stood there and was wondering if I'm really that important to the team at all, Cain not knowing me i doubt either one of the guys even remember my name 10 minuets after learning it. Maybe jake ( friendly author reminder jake is ex boyfriend,meanie) was right i was only known because i was hot and i used my looks to get me where i was today

i stepped out of the shower and wiped the mirror looking at myself before the mirror fogged up once again

i walked into my bedroom looking for an athletic outfit to wear, which wasn't hard, one being spring training is in Arizona being i only packed shorts to wear, two im a baseball player working out is a part of my job

i went with

and walked out on to my balcony to begin doing my morning yoga to try and calm my mind

after i finished and was nicely stretched out and ready to leave for practice and the game. i grabbed my keys and phone, along with my backpack with my baseball equipment and walked out my apartment door.

as i got to the lobby i called for an uber and sat on a bench waiting

when i walked into the locker room i was faced with what seemed to be the whole team laughing and listening to music i slipped in leaving myself a ghost to all but one

orlando was the first to notice me and came to me while i was putting away my things setting up my locker

"whats wrong" he asked wow he's good

"nothing what makes you think something is wrong" i say grabbing my uniform for the day and hanging it up

"hmm let me think, maybe its the fault that you haven't even looked at me once sense i came over here " oh he's that good

i looked at him "im okay alright don't need to worry about me"

"this isn't finished but alright"

i started walking to the bathrooms to change in a stall

"yo ellie how was sleeping with my wife " ryan asked as i walked past

"oh you know she showed my that tongue trick" i say winking while i kept walking

i walked into the bathroom and saw a guy at the unrinl

"oh jesus im sorry" i say jumping around pretending i didn't see anything, which was a lie

" what they don't have a woman bathroom for you"the guy says

"i wish they did because this isn't the first time its happened but why have another bathroom made for one person im not anything special"i say looking down at my tennies shoes

"hey you are one special thing" the guy says stepping away from the sink in front of me " and you don't let anyone else tell you otherwise" he says grabbing my chin making me look the christian yelich in the eye

my cheeks become fire hot as i looked aways "um- i -um gotta change" i say walking in the stall locking it

when i heard the door close i let out a breath of air. i most have forgot to breath again around him.

Being around him is like diving in too deep of water and staying under water more then you should have, barley getting your head up to the surface fast enough.
