Oberoi Mansion, All came OM after dropping Annika to her home.
Pinky-"Shivaay you go and freshen up. You came home after 8 days. I'll make something good for your dinner. "
D-"Haa Shivaay. Jaake fresh ho jao aur tum sab bhi. Phir dinner krne aa jana."
All nodded and went to their respective rooms. Shivaay came to his room and opened it. He came inside and first thought came is his mind was Annika. He came to bed. There was that broken frame which she wants to give him as a gift.
He took that frame in hand and caress it.

S-"I know Annika why you chose this pic. You always wanted we like this all happy without any problems. You want to give surprise me on our anniversary na? Look, I got one big surprise which I may be never able to forget. I want to scold you for your careless behavior , isliye tum bhul gayi na mujhe? Taaki me tumhe na scold kru. Bolo ab? At dinning table, All came to have dinner.
P-"Where is Shivaay?"
Om-"Pata nhi. Me leke aata hu."
Rudra-"Me bhi aata hu,chalo."
Shivika's room, OmRu came in the room and saw Shivaay crying and hugging the photo frame.
R-"Bhaiya....."
Shivaay heard Rudra's voice and stopped crying. He wiped his tears and looked at OmRu. OmRu came and hugs him. Shivaay hugged them back. All family came and looked at them from door. After sometime Shivaay broke the hug.
R-"Bhaiya you don't worry. Annika bhabhi jaldi thik ho jaayegi. "
Shivaay-"Hmmm. Om can you please do one thing?"
O-"Kya? Bol na??"
S-"Please yeh frame dobara thik karwa la."
O-"Haa Shivaay. In fact me phir se paint bhi krta hu then frame krwata hu."
S-"No no no. Mujhe yehi chahiye painting. Annika ne yeh tumhare saamne baithke banwayi hogi na?" Om nodded.
S-"Toh yahi chahiye. Please use thik krake yaha lagwa dena."
