39-Feeling Guilty

Oberoi Mansion,
Pool side,
     Shivaay was sitting there on floor. Tears were flowing from his eyes.

Shivaay-"It means I also.... don't deserve.... Annika.... Yeah she was right. I have done many  mistakes"

     "Shivaay" came a voice. Shivaay looked up and gets up from floor. OmRu came to him. Shivaay hugs Om tightly.

S-"I am sorry Om. Annika ki wajah....."

Om-"Shivaay are you mad? It's not bhabhi's fault. In fact she did right thing. Bhabhi ko yeh pehle hi krna chahiye tha. But that time she didn't aware about it. Shivaay I am happy with what bhabhi done with me."

      Shivaay and Rudra looked at him shocked.

Rudra-"O, what are you....."

O-"I am saying right thing Rudy. Jab maine Gauri ke saath woh sab kiya, you guys only scolded me. And everything was sorted out in just few minutes. But what I did with Gauri deserves punishment. So I am happy ki mujhe punishment mili."

R-"Hmm...point"

O-"Yes. By the way Shivaay, what happened to you? Why you are looking sad?"

S-"Nothing...it's just....."

O-"What happened Shivaay? Is bhabhi said something to you? Kya kaha bhabhi ne?"

     Shivaay looked at Om and once again he remembers what Annika said to him sometime before. He closed his eyes and sat on the sofa. OmRu looked at each other and came to Shivaay and sat beside him.

O-"Shivaay....."

S-"Om, mein Annika ko deserve nhi krta. She is very good. But mein.....maine kya kuch nhi kiya uske saath. Phir bhi usne kuch nhi kaha, kabhi complaint nhi ki, naa koi punishment di mujhe. And mein.....mein hamesha uska dil dukhata rehta hu... Use hamesha takleef deta rehta hu..... Sach me she is very good unlike me. Kyu hum saath the pata nhi. She deserves better..... Yeah she deserves better"

    He repeats last line as if trying to understand it.

O-"Shivaay, it's not true. You both are equal in your relationship. When one is wrong other one helps him to understand that he/she is wrong and what is right. And vice versa. This is the main quality of your and bhabhi's relationship."

R-"Haa. And you were talking about punishment na? So what are you doing now a days? Bhaiya aap maano ya na maano but abhi jo ho raha hai na aapke saath woh sab ek punishment hi toh hai. Bhabhi ka aapko bhul jaana,aapse durr jaana, aapko unke liye yeh sab krna padna.... It's all came in that punishment."

O-"Exactly. Kabhi kabhi tu sochta hai na ki tune bhabhi ke saath kitna bura kiya tha,kyu kiya..... Toh yeh sab tujhe us guilt se bahar lane ke liye hai. Bhabhi ke memory aane ke baad jab tum dono miloge na toh koi guilt,koi shikayat nhi hogi na phir..... Isliye yeh sab....."

      Shivaay just nodded. But he was still thinking about Annika's words.

S(mind)-"OmRu are correct. But what Annika said that also true. No one have the right to destroy anyone's life. No one have right to take decisions for anyone else."

    Shivaay was so engrossed in his thoughts. Rudra waved his hand in front of Shivaay's eyes. Shivaay came back from his thoughts and looked at Rudra.

S-"You both are right. But Annika is also right. Mujhe darr lag raha hai agar use kuch pata chal gaya toh woh kaise react krengi? Mujhe bolne ka, explain krne ka chance bhi degi ya nhi....."

    He said getting up.

S-"No no no this can't be happen. Agar aisa hua toh mein.....mein....."
