A/N: I love Miah. It just takes a while for me to get into how the character talks so I do apologize if it doesn't sound like him. Also I'm a bit rusty on writing. Also might have implied your work is as a stripper.
Prompt: YN moves to Gotham and meets two cute new faces at a cafe.🌹•🌹•🌹•🌹•🌹•🌹•🌹•🌹•🌹•🌹•🌹
Snow covered Gotham's buildings and scenery in the late December. It was beautiful. Somehow, a nostalgic feeling snuck up on YN's mind. She smiled, looking around at the new setting. She had just moved to Gotham and she definitely loved it so far.
A cafe? Holy fuck. I need some hot chocolate now. (A/N: If you don't like hot chocolate, pick another drink then.) YN walked to the little, grey cafe and walked inside. She never heard about this cozy little place before. Then again... It was her first day exploring the gloomy city. So far, the most common thing to be spoken about was a young billionaire orphan named Bruce Wayne. He was a little young in her opinion.
"Hello," A young teen with her hair pulled into a ponytail waved with a smile.
"Hello," YN replied, smiling as she observed her.
Finally. A young, really cute face. She had black curls for hair which looked beautiful. Her brown eyes reminded her of what she came here for. Get a drink, not her number! A voice screamed in the back of her mind as YN walked up to the counter.
"One... Peppermint hot chocolate, please?" YN smiled at her.
"What size would that be, ma'am?" The girl, whose tag read Diamond, nodded.
"Venti."
YN replied as a bell went off. The door. Her head turned and her breath hitched. He was tall and slim. Dressed in a suit and had slicked ginger hair. Glasses sat upon his face and YN nearly choked on her breath when he looked her way. He had the most beautiful blue eyes she had ever seen.
"Hey, Xander," Diamond looked at him and waved before turning to YN again, "And who would that be for?"
"Uh... YN," Her head turned back to the cashier.
Diamond giggled, lowering her voice for only YN to hear, "Girl, I understand how you feel."
YN covered her mouth to hide the growing grin, "Sorry."
"Don't be," Xander walked up to the counter, holding his hand out for YN to shake, "I'm Xander. Xander Wilde."
Before she could stop herself, the words came tumbling out smoothly, "You are gorgeous."
Xander chuckled, shyly pushing up his glasses, "I should be saying that to you, my dear..."
"YN... YFN YLN," She cleared her throat.
"Would you care to join me?" He nodded to an empty table.
"I'd love to," YN almost agreed and then stopped herself, "But I have to finish unpacking. I just moved here yesterday and my things have arrived this morning."
Xander smiled as she explained herself, "I could accompany you?"
"That sounds lovely, but we've just met," YN played with her fingers and then chuckled, "You could be a killer for all I know."
"Trust me," Diamond interrupted, walking up to the two with two drinks, "Xander Wilde could never hurt a fly."
"She's not completely wrong," Xander shrugged sheepishly, "Thank you, Diamond."
"One black coffee and a peppermint hot chocolate to go," Diamond winked, "You should go. You said you're new around here, right? It would be awesome if you made some friends! Like us. We're the coolest in this town."
"Thank you. Both of you," YN giggled as Xander held out his arm for her to hook hers.
Diamond nodded and went back to behind the counter and Xander lead her out of the cafe. The snow seemed to thicken a bit as she walked him back to her new apartment. It was modern, but it wasn't too fancy.
"It's beautiful," Xander looked at YN, making her knees come close to buckling.
"Like you," YN joked, becoming slightly weak in the knees from his intense gaze.
"You're stealing my lines," Xander replied as he sipped his black coffee.
Licking his lips, he looked back at her, "So, where do we start?"
Fuck me. Fuck me now.
YN set her drink down, undressing to her shirt and jeans, "Maybe the kitchen would be easiest?"
His eyes scanned her body and it was his turn to think the dirty thoughts about her, "Y-yeah. I believe it would be."
Xander took off his coat and helped her set up the kitchen. They moved to the lounge, already having the basic furniture in it. He took note of her massive vinyl collection in a wooden crate. Sometimes, they'd glance at each other just to see what they looked like in their task.
"Seems like all I have is my clothes," YN sighed softly as they finished.
"What about your record player?" Xander nodded over to the wooden crate.
"Bedroom," YN smiled softly, "I could show you it?"
Xander nodded, his cheeks dusted a light pink as he followed her to her bedroom. On her bed, there were three sets of lacy lingerie on her bed. They were a violet shade, a dark red color, and black. His eyes flickered back and forth from her and the clothes, picturing her in each style.
"Wow," Xander mumbled.
"Uh, sorry about those. Work," YN mumbled, "But here's the record player..."
"They're pretty," Xander chuckled before looking at the record player, already set up on a nightstand.
YN felt like she could melt into a puddle. After listening to one song off the record she was playing last night, Xander decided he should go.
"We should hang out soon," YN spoke as she walked him out.
"I would love to see you again," Xander planted a soft kiss on her cheek, "I'll be at the cafe this Wednesday?"
"See you then, Xander," Her voice got shaky as he smiled down at her, "Be safe."
"I always am," He winked before leaving.
YN walked into her apartment and moaned, "Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit!"
