Chapter Five. ~ Meaghan
My eyes slowly fluttered open, and I was met by darkness. Even in the pitch black, I could tell I was not alone. The heat of the room, and slow breathing told me otherwise. I slowly sat up, but regretted it immediately as a jolt of pain shot through my head. I wrapped both of my hands around my head, my fingers gripping onto my hair as I let out a moan of pain.
The disadvantages of drinking. That, and not having a clue as to what had happened only a few hours ago -maybe even less.
I removed my hands from my head when the pain went down a bit. My groans didn't wake up anyone though, since I could still hear the slow breathing, and occasional snore.
Where am I?
The pulsing music and loud voices told me I was still in my flat, and the party was still going on. Then why am I here? Where ever here is. I crawled on my hands and knees over to where I hoped was the door. When I couldn't find the wall, I slowly stood up. I started walking forward, my hands groping the air in front of me, looking for the wall.
When my foot hit something hard -yet warm- I didn't even think to stop. That was a mistake, I tripped over the sleeping body in front of me. landing right on top of someones chest.
"Shit" I muttered, getting up on my hands and knee's. But before I could get up completely, the person's arms wrapped around my waist pulling me back down on top of him, cuddling me like a teddy bear.
"I like girls who eat carrots." Muttered a higher pitched British accent. Louis. I tried to get up again, but his grip was strong. I tried again, no luck.
"Louis, let go of me." I whisper-hissed at him, hitting my hand against his chest.
"I'm sorry, am I bothering you?" He asked. He released his grip on me, but never took his hands off of my waist. Although it was pitch black, I could tell he was smirking at me.
"Why yes, yes you are. Now can you let go of me so I can turn on the lights?" I asked. He didn't reply, but he removed his hands from my waist. And once again, I tried to get up off of the floor, this time I was successful.
I walked forward, this time slower until my hands hit the wall. Almost immediately I found the light switch, and flicked it on.
The room came to life. I had to squint my eyes at first, until they adjusted. The room -I soon found out- was Kira's. The four other boys were scattered along the floor, fast asleep. Kira some how managed to get onto her own bed. The poor girl is probably going to have the biggest hangover by the time she gets up.
I looked over to the blue eyes boy who was now sitting up. He smiled at me, so I smiled back.
"Good morning, gorgeous." He said, winking at me.
"If you could call it that, the parties still going on." I said, jabbing my thumb behind me. Louis just shrugged, and lyed down on the floor again, resting his hands behind his head.
I thought about waking everyone else up, but they obviously needed the sleep. I walked over to the door, making sure not to trip over anyone, and pulled it open. Well, it didn't go exactly like that. I grabbed onto the handle, turning it and pushing it, but the door wouldn't budge. I wiggled the door handle a couple more times, pulling and pushing it, but it wouldn't do a thing. One thing was for sure, we were locked in. And by we, I meant Kira and I, with One Direction. Most girls would kill to be in our position, but I know these guys. And it will be hectic.
Especially once Niall realises there wont be any food.
I pressed my back up against the door, and slowly slid down until I was sitting. Think positive, Meaghan. At least we'll be able to get to know the guys better. That's including Louis. Kira will get to realise their normal, and stop freaking out about everything we get to do with them. But how should I wake everyone up?
