Byeol's POV:

I was walking to class when I saw a large crowd of students crowding around the notice board as I grew curious at the sight then the bell rang, which dispersed the crowd.

I walked toward the notice board and looked at the papers, but one paper caught my attention the most as I read the writing:

<Announcement> Han Young Woo from Class 2 of 11th grade will be suspended for 5 days for damaging the property

My eyes widened in shock and looked down with guilt. 'If I just walk out of the room with Young Woo on that day, then this wouldn't happen. Nam Soon won't be blamed and Young Woo won't have to be transferred' I thought as I continued walking when I came across a woman bowing to Teacher Jung and Young Woo standing in the middle of them as the woman gestured Young Woo to bowed with her and Teacher Jung bowed back to them as well.

I sighed quietly and walked away.

In class, it wasn't even better as I try to distract myself with reading when I overheard some of the girls chatting about Young Woo.

"But why is Han Young Woo suspended and transferred away?"

"Hey, hey, hey, hey. Han Young Woo, that guy. He wrote a promissory note when he came to this school. You didn't know? If he causes a trouble, he promised to transfer back to the school for special people."

I clenched my book tighter as I try to calmed myself down but that didn't work when I heard Oh Jung Ho and his friends start talking.

"Hey, by the way, who blew it out?" I heard Jung Ho asked.

"Probably Go Nam Soon or Moon Byeol."

"That bitch acted nice in the front, but in the end she backstabbed. What a petty jerk."

I gave out a shaky breath and closed my book, but I didn't know that I was closing the book harder than I expected as everyone went quiet and they all looked at me.

"If you want to talk behind my back, make sure you whisper next time." I said as I glared at the three at the back before getting up from my seat, grabbing my stuffs and putting them in my bag.

I then turned to Ha Kyung. "Could you please tell Teacher Jung that I will be leaving school early, I don't feel too well." I said sheepishly as Ga Kyung looked at me for a moment before nodding. I smiled at her and nodded back as thanks before leaving the room.

As I was walking downstairs, I heard running footsteps behind me as I looked back and saw Nam Soon running up to me. I stopped in my track and waited for Nam Soon to come as he stopped and panted a little. "What's wrong?" He asked.

I looked at him for a minute before looking away. "Nothing. I just don't feel well, that's all." I lied.

"Bullshit. Tell me the truth." Nam Soon scowled and then, the anger and frustration inside of me burst opened.

I turned to him with an angry glare. "Fine, do you want to know? I feel, no I know it was my fault that you and Young Woo got into trouble. If I wasn't so stupid then this wouldn't happen. I was acting all tough, thinking that I can win against Jung Ho that I never though of the outcomes. I-If I just leave with Young Woo then he wouldn't have to go back and throw that chair, and you wouldn't have to get in trouble for that!" I yelled.
