Byeol's POV:

It was the next day, after the day of harsh and heart-breaking events, I've arrived at the classroom and walked in when Nam Soon suddenly went past me, giving me a glance before walking out of the room as I looked back at him with a confused look before shrugging it off and walked over to my desk, where I found a white bag.

I put my bag on the side and looked inside, where I saw a bunch of brand-new textbooks as I took one of the books out and stared at it with a bewildered look. I looked around curiously, trying to find if the culprit was still in the room when suddenly, Min-Ki appeared in front of me, holding out a book. "Here."

I looked at him with surprise and took the book. "You probably haven't had the time to put another study guide together." Min-Ki explained.

Feeling grateful, I gave him a big smile. "Thanks. I really appreciate this, this would help me a lot." I replied as Min-Ki smiled back before walking off and I turned back to the bag of books, and noticed a clue to who's the culprit to the books and I let out a knowing giggle.

"It's you, isn't it?" I asked once I found Nam Soon as he stopped in his tracks from doing downstairs and turned around as I stood above him. "The textbooks...when did you have the time to buy them?"

"I was about to give them to...Heung Soo, but...he doesn't want it," Nam Soon explained and I frowned lightly. "How did you know it was me?" He then asked.

I smirked. "We're learning Math I right now, dummy. Not Math II." And the look of realisation appeared on Nam Soon's face as I let out a chuckle. "And to think you would give them to Heung Soo. I guess it is a good thing he didn't take them or else he would get into more troubles." I said before walking down.

But I stopped once I am a step below Nam Soon and turned around. With quick movement, I leaned up and gave a small kiss on Nam Soon's right cheek before jogging off as I immediately feel flustered. 'It was just a kiss and yet...I feel like my heart is about to jump out of my chest'

As I was rushing to go outside, I didn't noticed that I left behind a redden cheeked boy, who were staring at me with a sort of love struck eyes.

It was time for gym class but it felt like punishment as Teacher Jo made us carried the weight of our partner on our back.

I was partnered up with one of the girls and I was the one, she was carrying as I stared up at the blue sky. 'Nam Soon and Heung Soo...will we ever be the same as before? Before that incident'

Then, I shook my head at that thought. 'No, I shouldn't doubt ourselves, our friendship is much deeper to be broken forever...right?'

"Switch." Then I heard Teacher Jo called out and I easily pulled  my partner on my back.
