"So this is the school where that girl goes to, huh...I expect much more from her." A beautiful woman in white scoffed as she looked at Seungri High with a bored look.

"Mother."
The said woman turned to her left and saw the frowning whitette heading toward her as a smile quickly appeared on her face. "Ah, my darling daughter! It's so good to see you again!" The woman proclaimed as she strolled over to the whitette and brought her into a tight embrace.
Byeol shifted uncomfortably in her mother's embrace and hesitantly wrapped her arms around the woman, softly patting her back before they both pulled back.
"What are you doing here, mother?" Byeol questioned.
"Heh. I came to see how my daughter is doing after her trip to the States," The woman answered as she checked her nails, looking like she personally doesn't want to be there. "You should come by and see your stepfather and stepbrother sometimes. I'm sure Seo-Jun would love to see his older stepsister."
Byeol gritted her teeth as her hands were clenched into fists and her narrowed eyes angrily glared at the woman in front of her. "If you have no reasons to be here, then leave. You're distracting me from my educational." She stated sternly and turned around to go back inside.
"Oh, I forgot to ask: how is your father?"
That one question stopped the white-haired girl as she froze in her tracks.
"I mean, it's been 6 years since our divorce and there were rumours that your father may be...dead." Byeol's mother informed with a smirk as Byeol glanced back at her.
"...those are just rumours as you said. Do you think I'll believe that?" Byeol began with a cold tone in her voice. "Just so you know, my father's trustful secretary is regularly informing either me or my brothers about father's health so please, don't try to fool me...Goodbye, mother."
Byeol resumed walking back, ignoring the flustered woman behind her as she huffed and turned around to stomp out of the school.
