Chapter V - The Reason Why

Cass's POV

"When i was just young, at 8th years of age, i still have a brother who had the same age with me too. He's lovable, joyful, and she's the only one who can make my life complete happy because my mom and dad was too busy to handle and take care or have some time to the both of us. They don't have any much time to have some spare time bonding on us so, i chosed to be with my brother forever but not until that day came. The day that villains seize our land and i'm with my brother that day. We are hiding at the back of an acacia tree until someone just took me away from my sister and it's flare, lumie's favorite maid. She said that my brother must be killed outside or leave alone outside and tooking me away from him is lumie's command on her. I yelled and cried in pain when she finally placed me in the underground house and the others also are here except for my brother. After that day, they really cause so much pain on me. They locked me on a room, everyday they applied so many magic enery on me and it really caused my body to get tired. Until 2 years later , they finally set me free from an almost jail room. On that day , they were all happy for me specially to Lumie and my Father but all those happiness they felt just gone already when they saw me as a new reborn someone. "Nasan na iyong kapatid mo ngayon? Is he still alive, or already dead ?" tanong ni Zel

Napailing-iling naman ako. "I don't know. I don't know anything on what happened to him after that day or even before because you know guys, they locked me on a room.I had no any update on him because even when i asked them, they just ignored me." sabi ko

"Grabe naman pala si Queen Lumie. Sarili n'ya pang anak pero nagawa n'ya ang mga bagay na iyon." ang sabi ni Zel

"Pero , malay ba natin kung may makabuluhan s'yang dahilan tungkol doon." ang sabi naman ni Snow

"Tss , as if namang makabuluhan ang dahilan n'ya. Ni mga sinasabi nga n'ya wala ng kwenta eh." sabi ko

*Knock!Knock!Knock!*

"Come in." sabi ko

Bumukas naman iyong pinto ng kwarto ko at pumasok doon ang kinamumuhian kong tao na si Flare. Just like on the other old years,months,and days ay may dala-dala nanaman s'yang pagkain pero ang ngayon ay isang cake. Nakakairita na nga s'ya ng sobra eh. Dala ng dala ng pagkain para sakin eh alam na nga n'yang di ko din lang kinakain lahat ng dinadala n'ya. Ni isa sa mga binibigay n'ya sakin ay wala pa akong nakakain o natitikman kasi wala akong tiwala sakanya't baka nilalagyan n'ya ng lason.

"wow cake" rinig kong bulong ni Zel at Snow

"Princess , hetoh dinalhan na kita ng cake para kahit papano naman ay matikman mo manlang abg kahit na anong handa ng ama mo." nakangiti n'yang sabi at inilapag sa bilog na mesa ang cake

"Tss. Take that and leave now. I don't need a poisoned cake." sabi ko na nakita ko pa ang parang pagkagulat n'ya

"Princess, wala naman pong lason 'yan.Kaya kainin n'yo na po with your friends." sabay ngiti muli n'ya

Napairap naman ako sa inis. "Did you get what i mean or not?" sabi ko

"Princess ---"

Idinabog ko ang kamay ko sa mesa na ikinagulat n'ya maging ng mga kaibigan ko.

"Take that and leave." madiin kong sabi

"But Princess ---" -.- walang utak talaga.

Hindi na ako nakapagpigil pa sa inis at inihagis ko na iyong cake sa sahig.

"Kay simple-simpleng salita 'd mo maintindihan." sabi ko

"Sumusobra ka na ha. Sumunod ka sakin , mag-uusap-usap tayo ng mama mo." sabi niya

Napataas naman ako ng kilay.

"Walang susunod sa'yo." sabi ko

"Importante ang ating pag-uusapan. Tsaka , ayaw mo bang mapakinggan ang balita sa kapatid mo?" ang sabi nya na nakapagbigay ng interest sakin. Balita saking , kapatid? Bakit ngayon lang sa tagal ng panahong wala s'ya?

Napatingin lang ako sakan'ya ng seryoso na may halong kaba ang nararamdaman ko.

I wonder what's the update news from my long lost brother. I hope , its good.
