Revenge
For now, from Mars I depart,
There is something in my heart.
A hole I need to fill,
Someone I need to kill.
I cast the magic again and again,
To open the doors to the arcane,
Reviving the dead may seem insane,
But my love, I wish to attain.
Clearly, I have gone mad,
Cause this unchangeable destiny is too sad.
I reach the time before it all went bad,
To be see her face again, I feel glad.
I try and try and try but I fail.
The threads of time are too frail.
This timeline I wish to derail,
But such ships don't sail.
The past cannot be altered,
But even the present is unaltered.
What have I been doing?
A storm had been brewing.
They are trying to kill me now,
To take revenge, I take a vow.
Now, the real journey begins,
It's time they pay for their sins.
