Ambiguity

I wake and rise

to cloudless skies

Sun's warmth like Saran

around my skin

I eat a ration

from my pack,

time to go

no looking back,

another journey to begin

Each day I move

from place to place

The search for what

I am not sure

A pull to where

I do not know

Will I get there

Will I endure

Some inner drive

to carry on

Supplemented by

a yen to learn

The destination

undisclosed

A notion

I am forced to earn

As each day ends

I'm left to wonder

Is it Nirvana

I might find

Will tomorrow

Tell a tale

Not one of sorrow

But peace of mind
