You don't have to look at the picture if you don't want to. I just put it there so people would understand what each color of the tags mean. Please don't feel offended by the theme of this story. Thank you and Enjoy!
{Tamara's POV}
Well society has had weird ideas and out of all ideas they were tags. I myself think there shouldn't be tags or labels on things, it's just rude...says the one who is rude most of the time I know I know...
It's my senior year at the high school I'm attending and for once I'm glad it's the last year. I managed to get this Far in the school year and far enough for me to keep my tag green, which all I did was not socialize with anyone. Well, except Ell and Matilda.
I was getting ready for school, I slipped on my blue hoodie, some black jeans and my checkered vans. I was also late so I didn't have time to eat anything.
I ran downstairs, almost falling, seeing my alcoholic mother on the couch passed out.
"Bye mom" I yelled before sprinting out the door. I ran to the bus stop and managed to get to Ell and Matilda, catching my breath."Oh you made it"said Ell.
"Glad you can make it Tamara" said Matilda looking at herself in the mirror, as always.
"Huff..yea..I...did"I said still trying to stabilize my breath. You see, Ell,Matilda and me all have green tags, which for Ell is the best color. These tags aren't the best things ever because you can be judged easily so most people always wear long sleeves if they are trying to hide their tags.
I wear long sleeves for...different reasons. I rather not say.
We were just waiting for the bus now and I don't know how I didn't realized this until later but there was someone at the bus stop I didn't recognize. It was a girl, she had a red hoodie, some black shorts and some black converse. I couldn't see her tag but I didn't pay too much attention to that. Her eyes were a shimmering grey and she had light freckles across her face, plus a white band-aid on her right cheek. What caught my attention the most was her hair, they stuck up into two horns, yet her hair was long for behind. The bus came and we all got in, I as usual, sat in the back with Ell and Matilda. The girl just sat infront of us, which didn't bother me at all.We arrived at school and I saw the girl walk to the office, and for a split second we locked eyes. I flinched at her sudden movement but then she walked back in the office. I walked to my locker, hoping that I would get there in one peace, I was wrong. I was pushed onto the ground by one of the well known bullies,Ellana.
"Where do you think your going freak?" She said with a smirk, while Joan was behind her.
"..."I didn't say anything..
"Not answering, huh?"she said and she picked me up from my collar.
"L-Let me go..!!" I said a little scared
"Oh so now you talk?"she said punching my face. She pinned me onto a wall.
"You don't belong her, you eyeless freak, no wonder why your tag never changes color, no one loves you."she said, but it felt like it was a voice in my head saying it instead of her.
She brought her fist back and was about to punch me.
"HEY!!" Someone screamed from the crowd that surrounded us,which I didn't notice before.I'm just glad my tag never changes, even if everything she said was...true.
Sorry guys if I'm moving the story a little too fast,I'm trying to make sure you would understand it and make sure everything goes as planned.i know people don't give this ship much attention, so I'll try to do the best I can!!
