It's been 2 weeks since these 7 pups mysteriously showed up in front of my house, and since then, I've been trying to figure out here they came from to no avail. But to be perfectly honest, I don't want to give up these fluffballs that have suddenly shown up in my life, they just help fill in the hole where my parents should be.

I've made one of the guest rooms into a dog room, considering I practically never have guests over and consequently, they are rarely used. Originally, I tried to give each pup his own room, but after a few nights during which the pups would magically appear in each other's room in the morning, despite the door being shut, I simply put them all in one room, saving myself, and them as well, I'd wager, a lot of trouble and energy. Everything they need is in there, from beds to food to toys. Each pup has his own bed but they don't even use it, seeing as all of them would sleep on my bed every night.

Initially, it was a little uncomfortable for me, but I've gotten used to it.

Luckily I'm on break right now, giving me some time to get to know everyone. Over the weeks, I've noticed that each dog has their own personality.

Jungkook is really brave and hyper for his size. Taehyung has a really weird personality, he's always jumping on the bed and couch. Jimin is just a cute fluff ball. He's so soft and just loves to follow me around. Namjoon's quite calm for his age. He acts if he's the father of all the pups, even though the notes say he is the third oldest. Hobi just loves to run around the area and chase the younger pups. Yoongi's quite calm as well, I've noticed he really enjoys his naps. And lastly, Jin seems the cleanest and neatest out of all of them. He also eats a lot, whenever I'm having food he would come and eat some.

I've been thinking and I guess I should start training them a little. Like basic things, seeing as I don't really think I want to clean up every day after them.

I started off small with potty training, a seemingly simple task but in actuality took longer than expected.

Training them to not pee/poo in the house was quite a difficulty for the younger ones. Jin and Namjoon got that down quite quickly. Yoongi and Hobi took a little longer but they didn't take too long. Who took the longest were the 3 youngest ones. I don't know if it's because they don't understand or just don't want to, but they still got it in the end and they learnt to pee/poo outside. Taehyung would sometimes pee in the house from time to time though, but he is getting better at it, slowly but surely.

After finally training them to pee/poo outside, i moved onto another necessity - not scratching the couches

I came home one day from school and I was greeted by torn up couches. I suspected it to be the works of the younger ones, but through discreet, and several over-dramatic adn anticlimatic spy missions, I soon found out it was Yoongi. Just him, no one else.

He enjoys taking naps on the couch, but every time he did he would scratch it a bit before actually taking a nap on it. It took a few lectures and treats before he understood and stopped scratching it.

Another problem I discovered, but this one specific to mainly one pup, was stealing extra food from the pup's room. Initially I thought I could trust the pups with food in their rooms, but this was clearly not the case once I noticed food began to disappear suspiciously, especially throughout the night.

I was going to grab some snacks from the dog room to reward the pups for their successful potty training when I saw a little someone streaking in the direction of the dog room, nearly running me over. He seemed oblivious to my existence and bolted into the room, kicking the door closed in a shockingly human-like gesture. I cautiously opened the door, peering around the edge.

My mouth fell open in shock. What I saw was Jin by himself in the dark eating all the snacks I bought for them, looking very much like a guilty puppy when I walked into the room and flicked the light switch on, exposing him. He clearly doesn't get full after the meals I feed the pups. As I also discovered that day, as he pushed past me and ran to Jin before turning around, seeing me and doing a full 180 and sprinting in the direction of the back door, Jungkook would sometimes sneak some of the snacks as well but not as much as Jin would.

This behaviour resulted in me hiding the snacks on the top shelf to keep it away from him. At first he would try to climb up the shelf and eat some but by now he's already given up, and the supply of dog food is safe... for now, until he bribes one of the other pups to help him.

So far each dog has been getting used to the house, and the house to them. I would take them out everyday after I get home from school. I had a doggy door installed on my back door so they could run out into the back yard to do their business, leaving the house clean and myself free of responsibility.

Each dog has had his own problems but fortunately for all involved, slowly but surely each one of those problems are being solved.
